Swan-Ganz oximetry thermodilution catheters enable monitoring of hemodynamic pressures, cardiac output, and continuous mixed venous oxygen saturation (SvO 2 ). Swan-Ganz VIP oximetry thermodilution catheters provide an additional (VIP) lumen that allows for continuous infusion. 5 HEMODYNAMIC MONITORING SWAN-GANZ CATHETERS HEMODYNAMIC MONITORING SWAN-GANZ CATHETERS 6 Swan-Ganz Non-Latex Catheter and Introducer 7 Swan-Ganz Femoral Vein Insertion Catheters Physicians have all the components needed to insert a Swan-Ganz catheter without latex components offered together in the same package. Catheter and introducer sheath are packaged together for maximum convenience. Swan-Ganz ControlCath thermodilution catheters are made from a proprietary polymer blend and offer improved torque control and maneuverability over the standard Swan-Ganz thermodilution catheter. Swan-Ganz ControlCath catheters offer improved column strength for easy passage through the introducer sheath. The Swan-Ganz ControlCath thermodilution catheter C-Tip allows for both femoral vein or superior vena cava (SVC) approaches. Swan-Ganz ControlCath catheters will not lose their torque properties at body temperature as found with thermodilution catheters made from PVC, resulting in excellent handling characteristics and consistent waveform fidelity throughout the procedure. Multi-functional thermodilution catheters that contain three atrial and two ventricular electrodes for atrial and ventricular pacing, and antrioventricular (A-V) sequential pacing.
