In her hand she is still holding some on the Ephedra that she picked at the beginning of the race on the side of the road, which is how she got so much energy to win the race (Ephedra is a stimulant, like an amphetamine). She is also showing signs that the Ephedra is having its effects on her body. These effects include: 8 1. Promotes sweats. Sweat is pouring off her brow. 2. Descends the Lungs, dilates the bronchioles, & opens the lungs. (calms asthma, wheezing, and the panting caused by her hard run). 3. Promotes urination.
