Native American youth from birth to age 21 and their caregivers in Nebraska & northeast Kansas regardless of tribal affiliation Children or adolescents with Serious Emotional Disorder diagnosis who are unable to function in family, school, and/or community, or multi-agency involvement Duration of condition expected to last a year or longer
