3 About Us The Network Institute of Christian Counseling, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) corporation comprised of members who are licensed counseling professionals, pastoral leaders, graduate students, and other professional associates practicing in the field of helping others. We are a faith based group of individuals who believe that our Christian faith holds major insights into finding hopeful solutions to the problems we face. We believe our faith is integral in our approach in addressing the needs of our clients. Since its inception over 37 years ago, the NICCI continues to embrace the core values upon which this organization was built. These are defined by our desire to advance in Christ likeness, authenticity, accountability, professionalism, personal growth, koinonia fellowship, and contributed ministry. These core values are integral to our work in providing spiritually sensitive counseling and service to others. We offer our members continuing education, training in explicitly biblical counseling, spiritual formation, professional growth, peer consultation, mentorship, collaborative relationships for networking, referrals, and koinonia fellowship.
