26 Donegal / Ulster / National GAA Programmes Gambling, Alcohol and Drug (ASAP) Mental Fitness (GAA Mental Health Charter) Healthy Eating Physical Activity Take 5 (The programme aims to inform people about everyday things we can do in order to look after, and improve, our mental wellbeing. Mind Fit (mental health awareness programme for young people aged years old. The interactive workshop is delivered by trained AWARE staff and lasts for one-hour. It aims help young people learn new skills and techniques to look after their mental health, while managing their feelings and thoughts.
