2 DELAWARE COUNTY OFFICE OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Mission Statement The mission of the Office of Behavioral Health is to assure the provision of a comprehensive array of quality mental health, alcohol and other drug, and adult services for eligible children and adults that will assist them to maximize their human potential. Vision Statement The Adult Mental Health Division of the Office of Behavioral Health has a vision to assure that each person will receive the highest quality of care by a continuum of services that will promote recovery, independence and community inclusion. These services will focus on consumer choices and opportunities to encourage the fullest possible potential for a satisfying and fulfilling life. OBH applauds the investment of time, energy, and initiative taken by the CSP Committee in the creation of this Vision Statement for the adult mental health system. The adoption of the Vision Statement, as written by CSP Committee members, continues the valued trend of meaningful stakeholder involvement in the County s adult mental health system. Contracted Adult Behavioral Healthcare Services The Directory of Adult Drug and Alcohol (D&A) and Mental Health (MH) Services contains an alphabetical list of contracted providers, and the services provided with telephone contact information for each program or service listed. If a telephone number is not listed for a particular program or service, the provider s main telephone number in the header box is the appropriate contact number to use. The Directory is updated bi-annually to reflect new adult behavioral healthcare programs and services contracted by and includes their website. Supplemental Behavioral Healthcare Information OBH maintains a Children s Directory of Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol Services. Contact for more information.
