1 14/06/2006 Active substances / product type combinations for which all participants have withdrawn or for which no dossier has been submitted within the time period specified in Annexes V and VIII to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2032/2003 In accordance with Articles 8 (3) and 9(5) of Regulation (EC) No 2032/2003, the Commission shall inform the s if a situation arises where, as regards a particular existing active substance/product type combination, all the participants have withdrawn or no dossier has been received within the time period specified in Annexes V and VIII to that Regulation. That information shall also be made public by electronic means. The following list contains: the active substances notified in product types 16, 18, 19 and 21, for which no dossiers were submitted by the deadline of 30 Avril 2006 or for which participants had withdrawn in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Regulation before that deadline; the active substances notified in product types 8, for which no dossiers were submitted by the new deadline of 31 March 2006; other active substance / product type combinations, for which all participants have withdrawn recently; Within three months of the publication of this notice, a producer, formulator, association or other person wishing to take over the role of participant as regards the existing active substance/product type combination shall inform the Commission accordingly. Such information shall be sent to: European Commission Directorate-General Environment Unit B-4, Office Bu-9, B-1049 Brussels Or by to: ENV-Biocides@cec.eu.int Within the same time period, s may indicate to the Commission that they are interested to take over the role of a participant for one or more of the listed active substance / product type combinations. Where the Commission receives no response within three months, a decision shall be taken not to include the existing active substance in Annex I, IA or IB to Directive 98/8/EC for the product type(s) concerned.
