Suzhou Laishi Transfusion Equipment Co., Ltd (LAISHI) became an independent company in 1992, with a root going back to 1960s with founding of transfusion Laboratories under Shanghai Blood Center. It is aiming to protect the safety of blood transfusion by developing medical devices and disposable materials such as blood bag, transfusion set, in-line leukocyte filter system, and plasma virus-inactivation system, it is jontly invested by Suzhou Qitian Transfusion Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Blood Center, and U.S. Rare Antibody Antigen System Co., Ltd.
