Cautinary Statement n Histrical Resurce Estimate The histrical resurce estimate set frth in this presentatin was prepared by the previus peratr, Crianta S.A. in an internal reprt dated June 13, 2011 n the Bngará Zinc Oxide Mine. Althugh the histrical resurce estimate used measure resurces, indicated resurces and inferred resurces, the histrical estimate was nt dne in cmpliance with CIM standards. Zinc One cnsiders these categries relevant as it represents the Zinc One s main target fr explratin and develpment wrk n the Bngará Zinc Mine. Zinc One is cnfirming the reliability f the histrical resurce estimate and the infrmatin supprting the histrical resurce estimate.
