3 Advanced Cervical Spine CME Course Leiden, Netherlands - November General Information All plenary sessions will be held in Rooms 5 & 6 of the Golden Tulip Hotel Discussion Groups on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th November will be held in Rooms 1 6 of the Golden Tulip Hotel: full details on page 4 Live Surgery Session on Wednesday 16th November will be held at Leiden University Medical Centre (LUMC). Participants will be escorted from the Golden Tulip Hotel to LUMC Sawbones and Anatomy Workshops on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th November will be held at LUMC: please note the differing schedules for Workshop Groups 1 and 2.
