AN OVERVIEW Our production facility is housed in an exquisitely designed, fully air conditioned, campus of 40,000 sq ft accommodating 'state of art' manufacturing capability with In house designing and product development section, a modern stitching unit, plastic molding, foam molding and silicon molding facilities, processor based automates for cutting and pasting operations, PU coating plant, a metal shop, assembly and packing lines, quality assurance and marketing depts. We also have high tech ancillaries. Manufacturing is done on the lines of 'Toyota Production System' which ensures excellent quality of the produce, lean and faster production, cleaner environment with low rejects & quick change over resulting in low manufacturing cost and high motivation amongst workers. Continual improvement is a way of life, which is contributed by every level of hierarchy, through a series of 'Kaizens' and 'Pokayokes'. Competence and skills of very worker is improved through trainings, tests and competitions. A well-coordinated quality assurance team is responsible for rigorous quality control and delivery of international standard product to the customer. Our products are in conformity with the provisions of Council Directive 93/42/EEC and are CE conforming. ISO 9001:2000 is also thoroughly implemented. Use of quality controlled raw materials, most convenient & acceptable designs with good workmanship results in comfort and customer's delight, which is also the focus of our Quality Policy. Cleaner production processes, through implementation of Japanese '5 S' and streamlined movement of material and men result in reduction of dust and bioburden of the product. Backward integration, low cost automation and economy of scales makes it possible to offer products which are better value for money.
