7 The Prolift TLSO is a unique one piece TLSO brace that immobilizes the wearer from the sacrococcygeal junction to above the T9 vertebra. Prolift TLSO was designed to give physicians an alternative to a hard sternal pad pushing on the patient s chest which is very uncomfortable, especially for older patients. The shoulder straps gently pull the patient into extension without using a hard pad, which increases the comfort of the brace and increases the potential for patient compliance. The posterior panel immobilizes the patient from the sacrococcygeal junction to the scapular plane. Any defective product will be repaired or replaced at the descretion of XBack Bracing Services, Inc. after review of the defect by XBack Bracing Services, Inc. There are no other implied or expressed warranties. XBack Bracing Services guarantees all upper and lower extremity supports to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Defective products will be replaced or credited. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY 1. Call Customer Service at for return authorization. 2. Returned products will be accepted up to 75 days from date of shipment. After 75 days, all returns will have 30% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 120 days. 3.
