2 Updates on Case Posted June Baby. Ayesha, 2 & ½ years old - suffering from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, underwent 2 cycles of chemotherapy and is stable now, she is under treatment of Dr. Shrisha Rani, Pediatric Medical Oncologist at Rainbow Hospital. HHF Has paid Rs lacs for treatment and will continue to support her till her treatment is completed. Shakeel Ahmed Bhat, 45yrs from Kashmir, was diagnosed with the Glioma (Brain Tumor) and underwent Brain Tumor Excision surgery done by Dr. Syed Ameer Basha at Care Hospital. He is now discharged and is doing well. HHF has paid Rs Lacs + Air Travel + lodging from the donations it has received.

3 HHF undertook first of its kind Family Health Survey Janab Asaduddin Owaisi M.P released the first of its kind, door to door survey, covering 5484 households, in 88 localities of Old City and Urban Slums of Hyderabad, conducted by Helping Hand Foundation, later addressing the media, the Member of Parliament assured of his full support in improving the primary health care, maternal and neonatal care in the public health hospitals in Hyderabad.

4 Road Show Post Survey HHF conducted a Road show in the city of Hyderabad, the primary intent of the road show was to create awareness and engage the well to do citizens in a dialogue and action about the plight and misery of the economically weaker sections of Hyderabad, which was brought during the health survey. Free tea is being offered at prominent locations where there are large congregations as a part of the Road show.

Presently electrical works are in progress at the site and is likely to completed shortly before EID Families already have started moving in to the allotted hutments

7 HHF has provided 3 high end Suction Machines to MNJ Institute of Oncology & Cancer Research Centre As part of our commitment to do our bit to improve services in Govt Hospitals - We have provided 3 high end suction Rs. 40,000/- to MNJ Institute of Oncology & Cancer Research Centre, these machines are now placed in the operation theatre, ICU and general ward and will help removing bad body fluids from body cavities of poor patients suffering with cancer, particularly useful in Oral, thyroid, lung and Breast cancer, the machines were formally handed over to the RMO by our volunteers.

8 Helping Hand Foundation provided a new air conditioning system to the Burns ward at Gandhi Hospital Helping Hand Foundation provided a new air conditioning system to the Burns Ward at Gandhi Hospital at the cost of Rs 2.50 lacs, this was inaugurated by Dr. P. Shravan Kumar, the Superintendent of Gandhi in the presence of Dr. Subodh Kumar, HOD of Plastic Surgery at Gandhi, the hospital handles 4 to 5 new burn cases daily and 1500 burn cases yearly. The cooler environment in the 42 bedded burns ward has given a huge relief to the sufferings of burn patients who are mostly from the weaker section and we thank our donors for this noble gesture.

9 SUPPORT FOR SURGERIES Ms. Purohit Panigrahi, 20yrs suffering from Goldenhar Syndrome with Left Eye Scherocornea with Limbal Dermoid on upper eye lid coloboma and underwent Left Eye Limbal Excision at Centre for Sight. HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/- Mr. Abdul Aleem, 18yrs - suffering from type II Diabetes and had fungul infection in nasal bone and underwent surgery at NIMS Hospital. HHF has paid Rs. 30,000/-

10 SUPPORT FOR ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT CASES Mr. M.A. RAsheed, 52yrs - He met with Road Accident and had right tibia fracture and underwent Close Reduction Internal Fixation surgery done at UDAI OMNI. HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/- Master. Abdul Basith 5yrs - Met with Road Accident and had deep laceration of Rt Leg Degloving injury - Necrosis. He underwent major debridement, skin grafting & VAC at Olive Hospital. HHF has paid Rs. 20,000/-

11 CRITICAL CARE MANAGEMENT Mr. S.A. Osman, 36yrs - suffering from Aspiration Pneumonia with Sepsis and treatment is under ICU for Medical Management at Vasavi Hospital. HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/- Mr. Sajjad Ali, 32yrs - suffering from Decompensated Chronic Liver Disease, Ascites, (Rt) Pleural Effusion & Thrombocytopenia and is under treatment at Jaferia Hospital. HHF has paid Rs. 10,000/-
