1 OOA 2018/04 List of Nationally Funded Services The services listed below, at the locations listed below, are funded for residents of Scotland at an all- Scotland or all-uk level through National Services Division as at January Key White Scottish Government designated Scottish national specialist health services commissioned by NSD. In addition the following are listed: Green national financial risk share scheme or recombinant risk share scheme; Blue English prescribed highly specialist services commissioned by the NHS Commissioning Board (NHS England) to which Scottish residents have access through reciprocal funding arrangements between NHS England and NHS Scotland.
