Pedagogic Innovation and/or development of technology- enhanced learning Co- developed The Integrated Systems Model an evidence- based clinical reasoning model for treating the whole person. It is the foundation of the 4 th edition of my book The Pelvic Girdle, 2011 Elsevier and all of my current courses. I have also developed an 8 hour online continuing post- graduate education course available at and this course was provided as a module for the 3

4 McMaster University RS715 e- learning module this year. This course will also be available in Japanese in the fall b. Leadership in delivery of educational programs I developed a series of courses called The Series A Clinical Mentorship in The Integrated Systems Model and have successfully lead and delivered this program since 2007 in London England, Montreal, Vancouver & Toronto. c. Course/curriculum development In addition to The Integrated Systems Model course curriculum, I was instrumental in the development of the Canadian Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy courses from At this point I left the Canadian Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy committee to travel and teach with Professor Andry Vleeming the World Chairman of the Low Back and Pelvic Pain Congress. d. Development/evaluation of educational materials and programs I assisted in the development of the Canadian Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy course instruction curriculum and examination process up until As mentioned previously I co- develop The Series of courses associated with The Integrated Systems Model with Linda- Joy Lee until 2013 at which point further development of this course has been on my own. Books The Pelvic Girdle 4 editions published by Elsevier, The Thorax An Integrated Approach 1994, 2003, self published. I have produced several VHS and DVDs instructional videos and program on the Assessment and Treatment of the Pelvis and Thorax in various patient populations. Currently, I have online support through my website with over 15 hours of online video for learning and review that supports the various courses (and students) I teach world- wide. 12. Lifetime Research Funding A CCRE (Clinical Centre of Research Excellence) Grant from the University of Queensland was awarded to Lee D in 2008 to investigate the behaviour of the abdominal wall in women with Diastasis Rectus Abdominis (DRA) to determine when it is functional and when surgery should be considered prior to training. This research is complete and we are in the writing stages for submission of this research for publication.
