6 IMPORTANT NOTICE CIBTAC Examination Schedules 2017 Examination Month Registration Deadline date January 18 th November 2016 April 9 th January 2017 July 10 th April 2017 November 10 th July 2017 Remark CIBTAC is an additional examination which will have extra expenses To apply later than the deadline, candidate needs to be responsible for the CIBTAC s late fee (1,700 Thai Baht) The examination will be organized at the minimum 6 candidates per subject Chiva-Som Academy is unable to announce the exact exam date until CIBTAC confirms us 1-2 months prior to the exam Chiva-Som Academy acts as the test location, if the student is unable to take the exam here, the student should directly contact CIBTAC Only one reason to postpone the exam without re-payment is sick with medical certificate Mock exam is NOT a tutorial session, it s exam simulation only

7 Payment Policy All applicants must ensure to make a 50% payment of the total course fee before the course opening date The other 50% payment must be made on the first day of the course Those who fail to make the payment on the first day are not allowed to participate in the course CIBTAC fees must be made 100% at the registration date.
