The Diploma is certificate of successful accomplishment, issued by Danube University. 6. Artificial jaws, training implants, motors and surgical sets for the hands-on training will be provided. For any extra requested materials or instruments (according to the participant case) should be arranged by the participant. 3. The fee is non-refundable upon signing the application form and in the event that the participant fails to complete the Certificate of Oral Surgery/Implantology. 4.In case the Certificate of Oral Surgery/Implantology has been cancelled by the organizers prior to the first module due to unavoidable circumstances, the total amount paid will be reimbursed to the participants. In case the Certificate of Oral Surgery/Implantology gets cancelled after the commencement the amounts refunded to the participant will be equal to the fees of the remaining modules. 7. The fee includes five complete implants, prosthetic component and lab work for the first five implant cases for each participant. 8. The module dates can change as logistically necessary. 9.
