3 Meet Our Clinical Staff David Black, PT, MS, OCS, FMS1, SFMA concentrates his Paul Bliton, PT, DPT, OCS, CMT, CSCS, Cert. DN received practice in the area of orthopedic and sports physical therapy, his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University, specializing in shoulder and knee rehabilitation.
