17 Specifics of Internship 10 ECT = 7 weeks full time equivalent Emphasis on practical experience; learning new techniques An internship contract agreed upon by you, the supervisors and the host institute End product: - A short evaluative report about your internship focused on the process, your contributions in research etc. + - A video recording to illustrate the context of your internship, the kind of work you did etc. (make sure you have permission to film)
18 Specifics of Thesis 20 ECT = 14 weeks Autonomic completion of a study (under supervision) Rather than a contract: a proposal (intro + method) for the study should be approved before the study starts End product: a full report in scientific journal format
