J Skrypchenko I.T. THE ANALYSIS OF PERFORMANCES YACHTSMENS ON THE PARALYMPIC GAMES ( ) Dnepropetrovsk state institute of physical culture and sport, Dnepropetrovsk, Quay of a Victory, 10, Abstrakt. Results of performance of sportsmen on Paralympic Games in sailing ( ) are analysed in the article. Changes in the Program of competitions and as they are reflected in results of performances of commands of the different countries on Paralympic Games are shown. Key words: Sailing, invalids, Paralympic Games, the program, the analysis, results Actuality. Today sports of invalids are the integral component of the international Olympic movement [1, 5]. The Program of Paralympic Games - one of the major components Paralympic sports on which popularity of Games and orientation of invalids in a choice of sports specialization depends. Distribution of various kinds of sports for people with special needs for the world depends on their presence in Paralympic to the program [2, 3]. The first Games for athletes with a disability were held in 1948 in Stoke Mandeville, England involving World War II veterans with a spinal cord injury. Four years later in 1952 athletes from the Netherlands joined the Games and the international movement, now known as the Paralympic movement, was born. Olympic style games for athletes with a disability were organized for the first time in Rome in 1960, immediately after the Olympic Games - the first Paralympic Games (PG). Around 400 athletes from 23 nations competed in eight sports, six of which are still included in the Paralympic Competition Programme (Archery, Swimming, Fencing, Basketball, Table Tennis and Athletics). Since then the Paralympic Games have been organised every four years in the same year as the Olympic Games. Other disability groups were added in Toronto,

Canada in 1976 and the idea was conceived of merging together different disability groups for international sport competitions. In the same year, the first Paralympic Winter Games took place in Sweden. In 1998 the Olympic and Paralympic Games were held in the same venue for the first time and following a cooperation agreement by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) signed in 2001, this practice was secured for the future. From the 2012 bid process onwards, the host city chosen to host the Olympic Games will be obliged to host the Paralympics. In 2008, the same organizing committee will manage both the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Paralympic Games have evolved into a major sports event, second only to the Olympic Games. The table below indicates the numbers of participating athletes at past Games. In September 2008, Beijing welcomed athletes from around the world competing in 21 sports and disciplines with a total of 471 Medal Events. The Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games featured the richest programme and the participation was as large as never before, underlining once more its character as an elite sporting event. 29 August - 09 September 2012 in London (Great Britain) have passed competitions in which 4237 sportsmen who have taken part struggled for 523 medals. The Games featured 20 sports, most of which took place in London with the exception of Sailing at Weymouth and Portland, Rowing at Eton Dorney and Road Cycling which was staged at Brands Hatch. Sailing is recently included in program Paralympic Games [4, 6]. The analysis of results of performances yachtsmens on Paralympic Games will allow to provide sportsmen and workers of sports with the information on a modern condition and tendencies in Paralympic sailing. Tasks: 1.To consider the history of Paralympic Games origin. 2.To show a role and place of sailing in the Paralympic Games Competition programme.

3.To analyse the results of yachtsmen s performance at Paralympic Games ( ). The results of research. Sailing started to attract sailors with a disability in the 1980s and the first intenrnational sailing competition for athletes with a disability was held in Switzerland. In 1988 the International Handicap Sailing Committee (IHSC) was founded and began working to organise competitions and forums to promote sailing for persons with a disability. Two years later, in 1990, sailing made its debut as an exhibition sport at the World Games for the Disabled [7]. In 1991 the International Sailing Federation recognised the IHSC which was renamed later that year as the International Foundation for Disabled Sailing. The international Fund of yachtsmen -invalids - IFDS closely cooperates with the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) now. Sailing appeared as a demonstration sport at the 1996 Atlanta Games and in 2000 was included in the Paralympic Games Competition programme as a medal sport with events for the Sonar (three person keelboat) and the 2.4mR (single-person keelboat). The sailing marina in Rushcutters Bay was host to 15 entries from the Sonar class and 17 from the 2.4mR class. The Paralympic Sailing Competition took place after the Olympic Sailing Competition (Table 1). 7 In 2004 sailing was included in the Paralympic Games again using the Sonar and the 2.4mR. The Agios Kosmas Sailing Centre played host to 15 entries in the three-person keelboat event and 16 in the single-person keelboat event (Table 2). Table 2 The results of yachtsmen s performance at Paralympic Games (2004) Rank Nation Gold Silver Bronze Total 1 ISRAIL FRANCE NED USA Total Eighty athletes representing 25 countries in three keelboat classes - the 2.4mR, the SKUD 18, and the Sonar, took part in sailing in the 2008 Summer Paralympics. Sailing was held in 2 designated areas on the Yellow Sea, Qingdao, Shandong province. Competitors had a wide range of physical disabilities including degenerative nerve disease, blindness, missing limbs and polio. Three sailing events were held. All were mixed events, meaning that men and women could compete together. International disability classification in sailing is done by a committee, which gives each competitor a number score with lower numbers corresponding to more severe disability. Sailors were classified under the IFDS Functional Classification System To take part in Paralympic sailing, an athlete must have a score of 7 or less. Functional Classification System full details (Table 3) [7]. A LEVEL OF MORBIDITY IS AMONG STUDENTS OF LUTSK HIGHER ESTABLISHMENTS OF EDUCATION Lutsk national technical university, Lutsk, Lvivska 75, Annotation. In the article the level of morbidity is examined among the students of Lutsk higher educational establishments. Specified, that a domain of knowledges about illnesses of students is an important task for the orientation of physical education in higher establishments of education. Key words: health, student young people, disease, medical groups.

The integral index of spiritual, socio-economic, mediko-biologichnogo prosperity of society is a level of zdorov''ya population. Therefore to the zdorov''ya people it not only osobista but also public value [4]. A level of the state of zdorov''ya often is the index of level of civilized of country [1]. A study of level of morbidity of students is an important task for the ground of prophylactic measures and orientation of physical education in higher establishments of education [3]. Without regard to numerous researches in this industry, a problem remains not exposed [2]. Among research workers there is not the unique idea in relation to a dynamics and character of diseases [5]. Therefore in the process of the researches we studied the level of morbidity of students of the Lutsk institute of development of man of university "Ukraine", east Europe national university the name of Lesya Ukrainian, Lutsk national technical university. All was analysed 4720 medical cards of students. Analysing the results of medical inspections, we went out, above all things, from that the state of zdorov''ya is correlated with quantitative composition of students of basic, preparatory, special medical groups and exempt from engaged in physical exercises. Distributing of students after medical groups in the process of studies in higher establishment of education is given in a table. 1. Information, given in a table, testify that swingeing majority of students of the first and second courses belong to the basic medical group. At the same time, % youths already have certain rejections in the state of zdorov''ya. It is needed to mark that in the process of studies constantly diminishes amount of students of basic medical group and, accordingly, increased in preparatory and special. From the first for a fourth course studies the amount of young people of basic medical group diminished on 22,5 % (men) and 17,52 % (women). The preparatory and special groups of students were increased accordingly on 4,31 and 3,99 % but 10,64 % and 7,07 %.

It is on the whole needed to mark that task medical force is anymore made by women, than men. Such tendency is kept during all period of studies in higher establishment of education. In relation to the general amount of diseases on these illnesses is 57,5 70 % cases. Among illnesses of breathing organs a most group is made by sharp respirator diseases: flu, quinsy, chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, pneumonia. The diseases of organs of digestion and endocrine system belong to the second group. Among the adopted illnesses appeared most widespread: gastritis, cholecystitis, chronic hepatitis, ulcerous illness. The less cases of diseases are observed in the sechestateviy system, blood, krovotvornikh organs and system of circulation of blood, kistkovo-m''yazoviy system, and connecting fabric, to the skin and hypoderm. Men more frequent have a disease of the nervous system and sense-organs, organs of breathing, woman, organs of digestion, sechestatevoy system. For period of studies in higher establishment of education the structure of diseases of students does not change actually. Certain tendency to growth from 1 to 4 courses of studies for students have a disease of the nervous system and sense-organs, breathing organs.

Summarizing research results, it is possible to establish, that students are heterogeneous on the state zdorov''ya. More frequent all there are nervous, senseorgans and organs of breathing which requires the special rehabilitation measures diseases. Literature: 1. Выдрин В. М. 16 J Bakiko I.V. WAYS OF FORMING OF HEALTHY WAY OF LIFE OF STUDENT YOUNG PEOPLE Lutsk national technical university, Lutsk, Lvivska 75, Annotation. In the article examined ways of forming of healthy way of life of student young people. Marked, that it is been a systematic zagartuvannya organism an effective health mean. Key words: zagartuvannya, healthy way of life, health, student young people, swimming. Today in Ukraine among important tasks the problem of thrifty attitude activates toward an own health, as the greatest public value. The healthy way of life closely interlaces with physical education, about what speech goes in the national doctrine of development of education. Realization of this doctrine will enable to promote quality of life of population of Ukraine by making healthy of nation, education of young people and forming of healthy way of life. The task of our research was to define the effective ways of strengthening and maintainance of the state of health of student young people. Engaged in research of the state of health of young people row of scientists: Sukharev A.G., Apanasenko G.L., Krucevich T.YU. which witnessed clear dependence between a health, motive mode, organization and method of preparation of specialists, on physical education. Analysis of literary sources and supervision scientifically pedagogical pracivnikiv enabled to assert that an important value has a healthy way of life for a maintainance and strengthening of health, providing of harmonious development of organism, high capacity, and also enables rozkriti the most valuable qualities of personality, which are needed in the conditions of dynamic rozvitku of our society.

It is been a systematic zagartuvannya organism an effective health mean. It allows to decrease the most widespread diseases, continue life on long years, to save the high capacity of man. Zagartovuyuchi of procedure reduce the amount of cold diseases in 2 3 times, and on occasion po vnistyu they are eradicated. Tempering of organism is instrumental in rapid adaptation of lyu dini to the different climatic terms. A considerable place in zagartuvanni occupies swimming, which is instrumental in the increase of imunite tu, forming of proof hygienical skills, for children and young people. Taking into account that the temperature of water in reservoirs always below from the temperature of body of man, it should be noted that during immersion a body selects on % anymore heat, than on air, how water owns a heat-conducting (in 30 times more than air) and heat capacity (in 4 times more than air) [2]. It should be noted that about medical influence of water on the organism of man knew zdavnikh-daven, but not all understood the real mechanism of this action and did not realize the necessity of engaged in water procedures. Known specialist of industry of hygiene and physical education of I.M. Sarkizov-Serazini marked that slavs through the illnesses often had spoken to water, as to the mean of treatment, and also, as to the unique mean which supported the cleanness of body. By the necessary element of healthy way of life of e vidnovlyuval'ni measures which stimulate certain processes in an organism and thus assist development of rozu movoy activity of students. By the most essential and forming factor of zdorovo go way of life of s optimum motive mode [1]. It is thus necessary widely to use the various types of passive and active rest, effective gidroproceduri (warm shower, hot shower, contrasting shower, warm baths and other), and also bath-house procedures and various types of massage are known. Thus, confirms scientific researches and practical worker, that afore-mentioned measures are instrumental in forming of healthy way of life, positive habits, for modern youth, develop interest and desire to the physical culture and sport. Students

aim to temper the organism by various facilities, to adhere to the mode of labour and rest, take part in sporting measures. Literature: 1. Іванова Г. Є. ATTITUDE OF STUDENTS IS TOWARD PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORT (on the example of machine-building faculty of the Lutsk national technical university) Lutsk national technical university, Lutsk, Lvivska 75, Annotation. In the article attitude of students is examined toward physical education and sport. A tendency is traced to the decline of interest of students to implementation of motive actions. Motivation of students to attendance of employments after physical education with age changes. Key words: interest, motivation, students, physical education, sport. Intensification of educational process in higher establishments of education, activation of independent creative work, increase of the psychical loadings, sharply put a question about introduction in everyday life of students of physical culture and sport. It is well-proven that the systematic engaged in physical exercises promote nervovo-psikhichnu firmness to emotional stresses, support a mental capacity at optimum level, instrumental in the increase of progress of students. Kpim that,

physical education, being component part of the system of education of future specialists, plays an important role in a maintainance and strengthening of health of students, increase of physical capacity, increase of life-span, forming, professionally important qualities of personality. However lately there is the proof worsening of the state of health of population, in particular student young people [5]. For the increase of efficiency of physical education many various researches are conducted sufficiently. In particular, it is suggested to perfect methods and forms of leadthrough of employments [1, 3], improve programmatic normative providing [4], to increase motive activity of students, form the healthy way of life [2]. Without regard to such wide spectrum of researches, research workers are unique in that for the improvement of bodily condition of students it is necessary to promote them motive activity. Taking into account the real social and economic terms in Ukraine, it can be done mainly only due to the increase of interest to implementation of physical exercises and determination of motivation to employments of physical education. Task of research: to define the level of interest of students to physical education and sport; to define reasons of attendance of engaged in after physical education students. Experimental work was conducted with the students of 1 4 courses of machine-building faculty of the Lutsk national technical university. In research took everything participation 220 students. From them: to a 92 1 course, 68 2 courses, 40 3 courses, 20 4 courses of studies. The analysis of results testifies that with age the level of interest of students goes down to physical education and sport, only 30,0 % boys of a 1 course and 18,0 % the girls of 2th are had to high level of interest to the physical culture. The most numeral group of young people has middle or higher middle interest to physical education and sport. Level of interest to the physical culture for women on the whole below, than for men. For example, 30,0 % the students-men of the first course are had to high interest to physical education, 21,0 % higher middle, 37,0 % middle, 6,0

% below middle, 4,0 % low. For students these indexes below and make accordingly: 17,0 %, 28,0 %, 31,0 %, 12,0 %, 8,0 %. For the study of reasons of visit of employments students after physical education the special questionnaire in which it is needed it was to place the offered reasons after rating was offered, that on the measure of importance. Into first place major reason is put, on the second of less importance et cetera. It is possible to draw conclusion after results, that for the students of 1th course basic reason of attendance of employments is a desire to be healthy (boys) and rest from mental work (girls). On the last ratings places boys have rest from mental work, expense of energy and privation of surplus b.w.. And girls have some other picture capture, proving in the certain type of sport and expense of energy, different physical exercises. On a 4-omu course students placed the offered reasons as follows: for boys on the first places to have a receipt of test, desire, beautiful build and desire to be healthy, and on the last is proving in sport, capture and rest different physical exercises from mental work. For girls reasons of attendance of employments other: on the first places to have a beautiful build, loss of ovenweight and receipt of test. And on the last is an expense of surplus energy, proving in sport and capture different physical exercises. In our view, this distributing of reasons for the students of 4th course, conditioned that plenty of future specialists has work and not always finds time for implementation of physical exercises. Therefore and boys and girls on the first ratings places specified exactly on the receipt of test. Thus, the level of interest of students to physical education and sport is low. In the process of studies in Lutsk NTU a tendency is traced to the decline of interest of students to implementation of motive actions. Motivation of students to attendance of reading with age changes. On a 1-omu course major reasons is a desire to be healthy (boys) and rest from mental work (girls). On a 4-omu course mainly for boys and girls there is a receipt of test.

WARNING OF TRAUMAS ON EMPLOYMENTS AFTER PING-PONG AMONG STUDENTS OF HIGHER ESTABLISHMENTS OF EDUCATION Lutsk national technical university, Lutsk, Lvivska 75, Annotation. In the article the measures of warning of traumas light up on

employments after ping-pong among the students of higher establishments of education. Specified, that implementation of physical exercises is not only the mean of strengthening of the state of zdorov''ya but also can be reason of different traumas of locomotorium. Key words: warning, traumas, ping-pong, students, physical education. The traumatism of students is today examined as a substantial problem of social plan [1]. Sometimes he is one of principal reasons, that threatens life. If student young people are injured during engaged in physical exercises, it already not only medical problem. It draws social consequences for a pedagogical collective (department, faculty, institute, and others like that), which negatively affect education and studies [2]. For trauma teenagers it is arisen up and the remaining enhanceable level of anxiety and emotional mental instability is yet storable, sometimes they in general break off to be engaged in physical exercises. However, implementation of motive actions must prokhoditi after set rules. A failure to observe of these rules conduces to the various traumas which negatively influence on all organism of man. Lately, unfortunately, the amount of cases of traumatism was substantially increased on employments after physical education. Traumas bring disappointment here, unwillingness to go in for sports and, that worse all, result in different functional or and organic violations in an organism [4]. The advanced studies are devoted pedagogical technologies of maintainance of physical zdorov''ya in industry of trade athletic education A.G. Barabanova, E.P. Kargopolova, L.P. Suschenko; professional preparation of future teachers of physical culture N.Yu. Zubanovoy, G.D. Kondrackoy, O.V. Petunina, I.I. Tkachenko, V.V. Fidel'skogo, B.M. Shiyana; organizations educational-educate to the process from physical education in educationally educate establishments of school type А.І. Amalina, A.F. Borisenko, A.V. Vindyuka, V.P. Geraschuk, L.V. Gniteckogo, I.I. Kozetova, S.A. Sadirina, N.A. Simon, D.R. Khaybullinoy, prophylaxises of sporting traumatism V.F. Bashkirova, V.I. Mayera, A.P. Konokha, I.A. Brizhatoy [3].

Raising of tasks consisted in the ground of factors of traumatism and value of travmoprofilaktichnikh measures on employments after ping-pong among the students of higher educational establishments. Increase of the mental loadings in the institute of higher, as a result of scientific and technical process and socio-economic transformations limit motive activity and diminish the volume of the physical loading in the mode of day of students. Development of basic physical qualities of students stays too long in the conditions of hypodynamia, inadequacy of reactions of the sercevo-sudinnoy system, decline of functional possibilities of the respiratory system appears simultaneously [10]. One of accessible and effective types of motive activity there are sporting games. Sporting games are the powerful mean of complex influence on an organism, the high emotional saturation of employments draws them high motivational level and practical meaningfulness for making healthy of students [9]. The engaged in ping-pong is fastened sercevo-sudinnu and respiratory system, strengthen the exchange of matters and develop a motive vehicle. It is considered that ping-pong is the untraumatic type of sport, but damage however much such happen. How to avoid them we try to light up in our the scientific article. Decline of probability of travmatizacii during the leadthrough of employments after ping-pong it is possible by physical preparation, limbering-up, the observance of accident prevention. Physical preparation of player is directed on education of physical qualities development of functional possibilities of organism, which create favourable terms for perfection of all sides of preparation. In same queue, physical preparation is subdivided into general and special, here, a body-conditioning assumes scalene development of physical qualities, functional possibilities and systems of organism of sportsman, and the special physical preparation is characterized the level of development of physical capabilities, possibilities of organs and functional systems which determine achievement in the select kind of sport directly [7]. A limbering-up is a short interval of time, during which an organism prepares to the physical loadings. The waiver of implementation of limbering-up conduces to the traumas, that is why in relation to implementation of exercises m''yazi is not ready,

zv''yazkoviy vehicle and nervous system. At the well executed limbering-up m''yazi is warmed-up can safely stretch with greater amplitude of motions, than not to warm up. A student becomes more flexible and can minimize damages which can happen by chance. A limbering-up prepares an organism to the active game and helps to prevent traumas [5]. Dressed for engaged in ping-pong must be comfortable, not to limit motions, these requirements are better in all answered by clothes from cotton fabric. A sporting shoe must be easy, strong, comfortable, elastic, to answer the size of leg and it is good to protect a foot from damages. It is impossible to use a close shoe, because circulation of blood is here violated, there is a cyllosis, shabbinesses and callosities appear [8]. Summarizing vischerozglyanute can mark the followings points of travmoprofilaktichnikh measures on employments after ping-pong among students: 1. To employments after ping-pong students which proyshli a medical review and instructing from the technique of safety are assumed. 2. Danger of origin of traumas: at falling; at finding in the area of blow; at presence of superfluous objects near-by a table; at rackets which have failings; at a game on a slaboukriplenomu table. 3. In the place of leadthrough of employment a necessary presence of first-aid post is for the grant of the first aid a victim. 4. Players must be in a sporting form, that it is foreseen the rules of game. 5. Employments must prokhoditi on the dry floor. Students must before the beginning of employments. 1. To put on sporting form and shoe with an unslippery sole. 2. Carefully to check up absence of extraneous objects near-by a table. 3. To execute a limbering-up. 4. Attentively to listen instructing from the technique of safety at playing ping-pong.

During employments. 1. During employments near-by playing tables it must not be superfluous persons. 2. At implementation of jumps, collisions and falling, a player must be able to apply the receptions of insurance. 3. To adhere to playing discipline. 4. Not to conduct a game moist hands. At emergency situations. 1. At a bad feel to halt employment and report about it a teacher. 2. At the receipt of trauma immediately to reveal to about it the teacher. 3. Students must know about the prophylaxis of sporting traumas and able to render the first aid. For completion of employments. 1. To clean a sporting inventory in the places of his storage. 2. To take off a sporting form and sporting shoe. 3. To take shower and carefully to wash down a person and hands with soap. 4. About all failings which are noticed during employment, to reveal to the teacher [6]. Consequently, after travmoprofilaktichnimi measures on employments after ping-pong students it is needed to watch always, so as one wrong motion can spoil long-term influence of the motive operating on the organism of man and result in neperedbachuval'nikh consequences. EFFECT LESSONS OF PHYSICAL TRAINING IN THE PERIOD EXAMINATION SESSION ON HEALTH ORPHAN STUDENTS Irkutsk State University of Railway Transport, Str. Chernyshevsky, 15, Irkutsk, Russian Federation, Annotation Presented survey conducted to study the problem of influence on health examinations orphan students (n = 68) of a technical college. Revealed that the majority of students orphaned 38 (55.30 %) during the examination session under enormous stress, which manifests itself in a feeling of anxiety, restlessness, agitation. Organized from 58 (84%) participants who did not engage in physical, experimental (n = 31) and control (n = 27) groups. Proved by means of experiment that physical training during the examination session for the development of stress positively affect physical development and the overall level of endurance orphan students. Keywords: university, session, stress, physical education, student orphan. Introduction. Recently, stress is the subject of current research on various branches of science such as biology, medicine, psychology and sociology. Complexity and diversity of forms of stress determines the variety of approaches to the study of this condition, but for a better understanding of this phenomenon makes sense to refer to the original concept of stress proposed by Hans Selye. We can say that his proposed concept was revolutionary for the mid-twentieth century science. While biologists and physicians opinion prevailed that the response of a living organism to environmental factors is highly specific and the task of scientists is to discover and fix it to a variety of differences between the reactions of an external

world. G.Selje went the other way and started to look for common patterns of biological reactions, resulting found a single, non-specific component of the biochemical changes in humans and animals in response to a variety of effects [2]. According to Russian writers during examinations students registered expressed disturbances of autonomic regulation of the cardiovascular system, accompanied by increased heart rate, increased blood pressure and imbalance autonomic nervous system. Sleepless nights, anxious thoughts, loss of appetite, rapid pulse and tremors in the limbs - are typical manifestations of fear of examinations [1, 3]. Help students to adapt to stresses of examinations is indeed one of the most pressing for higher education. A necessary and effective way to solve this problem is the training, we proposed that improve the physical capabilities of the body. This will help the students to avoid health problems during the examination session. Aim of this study was to investigate the problem of the influence of examinations on students' health orphans and organization of physical culture in this period for the development of stress. Research objectives: 1. Conduct a survey to study the problem of influence on health examinations orphan students of a technical college. 2. Organize and implement during the examination session for the development of stress orphan students in physical education and test their effectiveness. Organization and results of the study. In the academic year, Irkutsk State University of Railways (IrGUPS), we conducted a survey to study the problem of influence on health examinations orphan students (n = 68) of a technical college. The following results: 24% of sleep disturbance; headaches and other pain 13.40%; anxiety, restlessness and agitation 55.30%; other 7.30%. Surveyed and analyzed the means for removal of stress orphan students during the examination session: bad habits 29% ; 34% drugs, physical culture and sports 16%; another 21%. From the results of the survey shows that the majority of students orphaned 38 (55.30 %) during the examination session under enormous stress, which is manifested

in feelings of anxiety, restlessness, agitation. Remove orphaned 24 students (34%) most often stress eating drugs and 20 (29%) with bad habits. Thus, 58 (84%) of young people in the period of examinations are not engaged in physical culture and sports and examination stress is a serious threat to their health, with special urgency attaches massive problem. In the academic year, we organized from 58 (84%) subjects who during the examination session is not engaged in physical training, experimental (n = 31) and control (n = 27) groups. For the experimental group performed physical training during the examination session for the development of stress. The results are shown in Table 1. Table 1 Functional changes in the body orphan studentsduring delivery of the examination session , IrGUPS (n = 58) Indicators The experimental The control group (n = 31) group (n = 27) 1 Heart rate (beats per minute) Systolic blood pressure (mm Hg) Blood pressure diastolic (mmhg) Trial with 20 squats in 30 seconds More than 3 60 seconds (recovery time) minutes During the experiment proved beneficial effects of regular physical training and sports during the examination session as functional changes in the body orphan students in the experimental group during the exams do not change significantly, and in the control group increased heart rate to 100 beats per minute, also rises blood pressure. Watching the reaction of the cardiovascular system to dosed load (20 sit-ups in 30 seconds) showed that the recovery of the pulse is delayed by more than 3 minutes in the control group, compared with 60 seconds in the experimental. Conclusions: 1. Conducted a survey to study the problem of influence on health examinations orphan students (n = 68) of a technical college. 2. Revealed that the majority of students orphaned 38 (55.30%) during the examination session under enormous stress, which manifests itself in a feeling of anxiety, restlessness, agitation.
