6 Training in psychotherapy in different European contexts Main findings To receive an adequate psychotherapy training in psychotherapy residents usually have to pay Structure and organization of psychotherapy training in Europe are very different CBT, psychodynamic and systemic therapies are the most frequently taught techniques The main barriers in accessing psychotherapy training are difficulties to get time away from other duties, lack of supervision and of funds
