1 Northern Continuing Medical Education Quarterly Newsletter May - July 2015 Welcome! Elizabeth Webber, NCME Coordinator Elizabeth Webber joined the NCME Program as the Program Coordinator in April. Elizabeth comes to us from Lakeland College where she was the Academic Technology Services Facilitator responsible for the implementation of its learning management system and supporting faculty to use this technology effectively. In addition, she developed curricula for a variety of academic and vocational departments within the college, working collaboratively with faculty and staff to ensure that learning opportunities addressed learner needs. Elizabeth s experience in the post-secondary environment is augmented by several years of experience as a teacher in the K-12 system. Originally from Kamloops, Elizabeth is new to the North but not to BC. Her interests include hiking and kayaking and she is looking forward to exploring local mountains and parks.
