12 leadership and participation salus clinic Lindow ENSH-standards are fully integrated in the regular total quality management system (ISO 9002, MAAS-BGW) all head members of the clinic build the working group (Arbeitskreis Rauchfrei). They meet once a week and review the process on a regular basis. All decisions concerning the tobacco free policy are discussed and worked out in the regular management meetings the director of the clinic is in charge of the working group and head of the German network of smokefree hospitals DNRfK
