2 What is flavored tobacco? Flavored tobacco products contain flavors like vanilla, orange, chocolate, cherry and coffee. They are widely considered to be starter products, establishing smoking habits that can lead to a lifetime of addiction. Examples of flavored tobacco products are cigars, snus and hookah.

16 What is a resolution? Resolutions are non-binding, unenforceable, statements made by a municipalities legislative body. They are voted on by the city commission. Resolutions are often used to persuade other legislative bodies (State or Federal) to adopt legislation that is beyond the powers of the local body.
