Presuming a person keeps their exercise activity at the same level, to lose one (1) pound of fat in one (1) week, a person would have to decrease their caloric intake by calories each day. 3 STATION 1: Julian is a 16 year old male who exercises actively each day. He eats eggs and bacon every day for breakfast. (What do those two foods have in common?)

4 STATION 2: Celia is a 22 year old female who doesn't ever exercise. She has a bag of cheetos, 2 cokes, and a cheese enchilada every day at lunch. (What nutrient do these 3 foods have in common? Ask your classmates or teacher if you need help).

5 STATION 3: Margaret is a 57 year old female who exercises moderately each day. Every night at dinner she eats either a two pieces of pecan pie or a huge bowl of chocolate chip ice cream.

6 STATION 4: Adam is a 35 year old male who exercises strenuously every day of the week. He drinks 4 Red Bulls, a bag of tortilla chips and cheese dip every evening.

7 STATION 5: Chancie is a 68 year old female who never exercises. She rarely gets any dairy in her diet.

8 STATION 6: Johnny is a 19 year old male who exercises moderately during the week. He generally eats 4600 calories a day.
