HEART STRENGTH OR WEAKNESS
WHEN HEART RULES I love helping people I have a passion for fitness
THE INEVITABLE OUTCOME (WHEN HEART RULES) Compromise The Trainer Gives Time Rather Than Invests It The Trainer Compromises Value on Behalf of the Client Accommodations in Fees and Provisions Create a Lopsided Model of Energy Output vs. Return
THE UPSIDE OF THE ALTRUIST Great Human Connection Deep Compassion Willingness to Intervene When Asked Extreme Rapport Skills Ability, With a Specialized Skill Set, to Foster the Restoration of Health

A PROVOCATIVE QUESTION Can Personal Trainers Cure Dis-ease?
LET S START WITH A REVISED PREMISE OBESITY is a Chronic Metabolic Disease
DEFINING R.E.M.A.S.S. RestrIctive Endocrine Maladaptive Adrenal Stress Syndrome REMASS is a progressive disease of the endocrine system initiated by interaction between the Hypothalamus, Pituitary, and Adrenals. It results in co-existing conditions of insulin resistance and cortisol elevation preventing the body from releasing adipose material from fat cells. It is typically realized through failure to achieve weight loss using conventional exercise and eating strategies. At its most severe, REMASS results in a genetic shift affecting energy, fat storage, hormonal balance, and metabolism. SYMPTOMS OF REMASS include cognitive impairment (brain fog), fat accumulation, rapid accumulation of abdominal fat (visceral fat), sugar cravings, erratic energy with frequent bouts of fatigue, and an inability to lose weight through conventional means, even when sound strategies are applied.
THE MOST PREVALENT CAUSE OF MALADAPTATION Imbalance: Stress Load vs. Recovery
THE ACCEPTED SCOPE OF THE TRAINER (THE PARADIGM) Safe and Effective Exercise Healthy Populations One-on-One In-Gym, In-Home Group Training /Bootcamp
THE BLUE OCEAN
THE CIRCLE OF WHAT TRAINERS DO Safe and Effective Exercise Healthy Populations One-on-One In-Gym, In-Home Group Training /Bootcamp
THE CIRCLE OF WHAT PHYSICIANS DO Diagnose Medicate Safe and Effective Exercise Healthy Populations One-on-One In-Gym, In-Home Examine Biochemistry Surgical / Revised Pharmaceutical Intervention Group Training /Bootcamp
THE MIDDLE Safe and Effective Exercise Healthy Populations One-on-One In-Gym, In-Home Group Training /Bootcamp A Catalyst A Guide A Source of Empowerment & Restoration Diagnose Medicate Examine Biochemistry Surgical / Pharmaceutical Intervention
A REVISED UNDERSTANDING OF HEALING Restoration of the Innate Abilities of the Human Body Restoration of Divine Homeostasis Metabolic Optimization Restoration of Immune Intelligence Reversal of Inflammation Restoration of Cellular Integrity, Intelligence, Interactivity (Ci 3 )
WHAT IS THE NEED? I Wish I Had More Energy (Like I Used to) I Wish I Had a Leaner Body (Like I Used to) I Wish I Had a Greater Command of Movement (Like I Used to) I Wish I Felt Well (Like I Used to)
WHY ISN T SAFE AND EFFECTIVE FOR HEALTHY POPULATIONS ENOUGH? Once a Chronic Imbalance or Maladaptation Takes Place, Energy Production, Fat Loss Potential, and Protein Synthesis are Compromised Conventional Rules of Progressive Exercise may perpetuate movement along the Disease Continuum once Endocrine, Cellular, and Recovery shifts have taken place
THE UNSATISFIED NEED THE BLUEST OCEAN The obesity epidemic, while still growing, is now overshadowed by the epidemic of chronic disease Acquired Obesity may now be defined as a chronic metabolic disease plaguing the majority of American adults The conventional Medical Field does not offer a cure for chronic disease Science shows epidemics in thyroid disease, weight loss resistance, and hormonal imbalance can be attributed, in part, to chemical subluxation, toxins within the cell interrupting optimal cellular function (Ci 3 ) Anxiety and stress-related diseases run rampant and ONLY restoration of parasympathetic recovery can kick-start true systemic cellular recovery
TWO QUESTIONS 1. Can we facilitate change in what is being called the Most Opportune Market? 2. Can we change within the present Personal Training Paradigm?
DEFINE YOUR MARKET Fit Market Near-Fit Sick and Dying Unwell Fit Near Fit Sick / Dying Unwell
