2 Body Balancing System Overview Phase 1 Phase 1 takes approximately thirty days to complete. Phase 1 is strongly recommended, but is not required. This phase contains many do's and don'ts which are designed to the new causes of obesity that we have today. It is recommended that you do as many of the do's and don'ts during the Phase 1 thirty-day period as you can. The benefits of Phase 1 include increased energy and mental clarity, increasing metabolism, decreasing hunger, decreasing food cravings, alleviating depression, increasing overall health and vitality, and flattening of the stomach. People may lose between five and thirty pounds during Phase 1. Ideally, do this phase for at least thirty days. You can do this phase for a shorter or longer period if you so desire. When you complete this phase immediately begin Phase 2. Doing Phase 1 will have tremendous long-term benefits. It will make your fat and weight loss during the next phases happen faster, and you will lose more weight and fat than if you do not do Phase 1. Phase 1 accelerates the entire process and helps guarantee that the weight will not come back. Phase 2 Phase 3 Phase 4 Phase 2 is designed to stimulate the hypothalamus to release the secure fat deposits in the problem areas at an accelerated rate. This phase must be done for a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of six weeks. During this phase you may lose approximately one pound per day -- some more, some less, depending on how much weight you have to lose. You will be losing the secured abnormal fat reserves. You should notice a dramatic reshaping and resculpting of your body. Energy levels should be high, hunger and appetite low, and many people see an improvement of other medical conditions and symptoms. Phase 3 lasts three weeks. This phase should be done immediately upon completing Phase 2. This is a very important phase. This phase is designed to reset the hypothalamus and body weight set point. This is an important phase that keeps the weight off permanently. Successful execution and completion of this phase resets your metabolism higher, resets your hunger lower, and resets your hypothalamus so that in the future it does not store fat in the abnormal problem area secure fat reserves. This phase helps guarantee that your body is corrected from the abnormal condition which caused the obesity. This phase is a good health plan for the rest of your life. It contains the simple, easy to follow do's and don'ts that make sure that the hypothalamus does not get overtaxed and go back to the abnormal state, creating low metabolism, high hunger, food cravings, and the abnormal storing of fat in the problem area fat reserves leading to a return of the weight and the obesity condition. Body Balancing System 2
3 Phase 1 overview $ Although this phase is not required, it is highly recommended. It may be difficult for most people to do all the steps in this phase with strict adherence. Do as many as you can for the thirty days prior to starting Phase 2. The more you do in this phase will result in losing more weight faster during Phase 2. If you skip this phase, or do it halfheartedly, you will still achieve spectacular results in Phase 2. However, this phase will accelerate the fat and weight loss in Phase 2, and make the whole protocol easier to complete. The more you do in this phase also will greatly increase your ability to keep the weight off permanently and eliminate food cravings in the future. Help Keep Weight Off Permanently Drink Water. Fat people are dehydrated. Drink one large glass of water immediately upon arising, and one-half to one gallon throughout the day. Spring water is best. If spring water is not available, drink water filtered by reverse osmosis. The last choice is distilled water. Never drink tap water as it is loaded with chlorine, fluoride, and other contaminates. Walk. Walking outside at a slow steady pace for one hour per day can help reset the body's weight set point, making people lean and thin. Of all the steps in Phase 1, this may be the most difficult one to do on a daily basis. However, this will have the most profound long-term effects. Try to walk for one hour nonstop. If this is not achievable, any amount of walking will still have a dramatic effect on resetting your body's set point and making you lean. Breathe Deeply. The majority of people in America do not breathe fully and deeply, thus having a body that is deficient in oxygen. Several researchers showed that when overweight people did nothing else but deep breathing ten minutes, two times a day, they all lost weight. This is because increased oxygen to the body increases metabolism, lowers appetite, and releases beneficial hormones alleviating depression. Get Sun. Lack of sunlight on the body has been shown to lead to depression, overeating, increase in appetite, low metabolism, and weight gain. Ideally, twenty minutes in the sun each day is recommended. Do not use any lotions, sunscreens, or sunglasses. Exposure to the sun in this method also increases the release of endorphins, eliminating depression and suppressing appetite. Sleep. Researchers have concluded that lack of proper sleep leads to obesity. Getting eight hours of sleep is best. The body releases certain healing hormones between 11:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. Being in a deep sleep during this time promotes healing in the body, longevity, youthful appearance, eliminating depression, and helps the hypothalamus to stay in a state of operating normalcy. Eat Apples. It is good to eat two organic apples every day. This helps regulate blood sugar, reduce appetite, and increase cleansing of the liver, gallbladder, and colon. Body Balancing System 3
4 overview $ THIS PHASE MUST BE DONE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A LICENSED HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER! During the entire Phase 2 you should weigh yourself every morning at approximately the same time. Keep a daily record of your weight. During this phase you may lose approximately one pound per day -- some more, some less, depending on how much weight you have to lose. Also, this weight loss will vary from day-to-day. Additionally, you should take front, side, and rear photos of your body on the day you start Phase 2. Take measurements of the waist, hips, thighs, calves, chest, and arms (see form provided). Upon completion of Phase 2 take another series of photos and measurements (see form provided). The inch and weight loss will be absolutely astounding. The before and after pictures combined with the inch and weight loss are a vital key to motivating you to continue with Phase 3 and Phase 4. Day 1 1. Take an injection of 250 units of hcg first thing in the morning. 2. Drink one-half to one gallon of pure water throughout the day. 3. Take 3 capsules of Coral Calcium Ultra throughout the day. 4. Gorge yourself and eat as much food as you can throughout the day. Day 2 1. Take an injection of 250 units of hcg first thing in the morning. 2. Drink one-half to one gallon of pure water throughout the day. 3. Take 3 capsules of Coral Calcium Ultra throughout the day. 4. Gorge yourself and eat as much food as you can throughout the day. Day 3 through Day Weigh yourself immediately upon arising, after emptying the bladder, without clothes. 2. Take an injection of 250 units of hcg first thing in the morning. 3. Drink one-half to one gallon of pure water throughout the day. 4. Take 3 capsules of Coral Calcium Ultra throughout the day. 5. You must eat everything as described in "Phase Two Daily Diet" (see next page). Do not skip meals, and Lunch and Supper must consist of the protein, the vegetables, and the fruit. 6. In order to achieve permanent results, you must continue the treatment exactly as described for a minimum of twenty-one days and a maximum of forty days. Day 40 (the last hcg injection day) 1. On the day you receive the last hcg injection you must follow the "Phase Two Daily Diet" exactly. Day 41 through Day For the next two days you also must follow the "Phase Two Daily Diet" exactly. This is because your body is flooded with hcg and it should take two days for it to leave the body. Body Balancing System 8
5 Daily Diet j Breakfast 1. Drink as much of the following drinks as you desire. -- pure water -- black coffee (organic preferred) -- organic Yerba Mate tea -- organic Oolong tea -- organic green tea -- organic chamomile tea Lunch Throughout the day, drink one-half to one gallon of pure water, at least one cup of organic Yerba Mate tea, at least one cup of organic Oolong tea, and as much organic green tea and organic chamomile tea as you desire. Always make your tea with pure water, never tap water. 1. Eat 100 grams (weighed raw) of grilled (no oil or fat): -- organic grass fed beef or veal (no ground beef), or -- organic chicken breast (skinless), or -- wild Chilean sea bass, flounder, sole, or halibut 2. One large handful of one of the following organic vegetables. These can be eaten raw, steamed, grilled (without oil), or gently boiled. Mixable vegetables Non-mixing vegetables -- Spinach -- Asparagus -- Lettuces of any kind -- Beet greens -- Tomatoes -- Cabbage -- Celery -- Chard -- Cucumbers -- Fennel -- Red radishes -- White, yellow, or red onions You may make a salad out of the mixable vegetables. But just remember that the total amount of vegetables you may eat for one meal is a handful. The non-mixing vegetables are delicious steamed by themselves. You may season any of the food with the juice of half an organic lemon, white or black pepper, organic raw apple cider vinegar, sea salt, organic garlic, organic basil, organic parsley, organic thyme, organic marjoram, or any other organic herb. Absolutely no oil, butter, dressings, or anything else! 3. One of the following organic fruits large organic apple (if apples are very small you may eat 2) -- Organic grapefruit* -- A handful of organic strawberries Supper You may eat the fruit in between meals instead of with the meal if you choose or for breakfast. * Check with medical doctor before using grapefruit. Grapefruit has been found to interact with some supplements and medications. 1. The same choices as for lunch -- protein, vegetables, and fruit. Do not, however, have two meals exactly the same in the same day. Body Balancing System 9
6 Body Balancing System Q & A % Question: Must I gorge for the first two days in Phase 2? Answer: Yes. A person will not be comfortable on the 500 calorie diet unless his normal fat reserves are reasonably well stocked. It is for this reason that in every case a person must eat to capacity the most fattening food they can get down for the first two days in Phase 2. It is a fundamental mistake to start the 500 calorie diet as soon as hcg injections are started as it seems to take about three injections before abnormal fat deposits begin to get released and circulate, thus becoming available to the body as fuel. The form that is to be used in this protocol is human chorionic gonadotrophin. It comes as a highly soluble powder. A suitable solvent solution is supplied in a separate ampoule in the same package. HCG, when injected, produces little if any tissue reaction. It is completely painless. The injection is done in the stomach muscle. It is important that the daily injection be taken at the same time each morning. Always do these injections while under the care and supervision of a licensed health care practitioner. The instructions in all the phases call for a large consumption of water and teas. Is this necessary? During all the phases you should drink a minimum of one-half gallon of water per day, up to a maximum of one gallon. In addition to the water intake, it would be very wise to drink several cups of the recommended teas. This is, in fact, a large amount of liquid. It is very helpful in the treatment of the obesity condition. Isn't 500 calories a day too low to be safe? No. Research now confirms that eating very low calorie diets actually increase overall health, have anti-aging effects, and increase life span. Most importantly, however, is when you are doing the diet combined with the hcg injections, your body is being flooded with over 2,000 calories of nutrition from the releasing of the abnormal fat reserves. This is one of the reasons that during Phase 2, consisting of the diet and hcg injections, you are not hungry and generally have an increase in energy levels. During the diet in Phase 2, will I have vitamin, mineral, or other nutritional deficiencies due to the low food consumption? No. During the three- to six-week Phase 2 period your body is releasing massive amounts of stored nutrition from the fat cells that are being synthesized. Therefore, during Phase 2 you should not be consuming anything other than those listed in the instructions. This includes no other vitamins, minerals, or food supplements than those mentioned. How do I measure the 100 grams of protein? Use a highly accurate small kitchen scale. Always weigh the protein raw. Body Balancing System 16

On Days 1-2, you are not required to weigh yourself since these are your "gorging days." The morning of Day 3 is the day you weigh yourself to get your beginning weight. Day 4 is the first day to begin charting your progress. Please note that we have included 7 days at the end of this chart for menstruating women to allow them to continue charting their progress through their menstruation. 10 Meal Ideas H Having variety in the meals you eat during Phase 2 will make this phase much more enjoyable for you! Here are some recipes to help you get started. Remember, ALL ingredients must be organic!!! Have fun! PHASE TWO ITALIAN CHICKEN 100 grams of chicken Oregano to taste 1/2 a handful of diced onion Dash of all-purpose seasoning 1/2 a handful of diced tomato 2 teaspoons tomato powder Italian seasoning to taste Saute' chicken in water till cooked. Mix all the seasonings with 1/4 cup of water. Pour seasoning mixture over chicken and vegetables. Saute' a few minutes, and then enjoy. PHASE TWO SEASONED CHICKEN OR STEAK 100 grams of chicken or steak Dust both sides of the meat with: Steak seasoning Onion powder Garlic powder All-purpose seasoning Cover in refrigerator overnight. Broil in oven until well done. Or for different flavor, grill on a charcoal or gas grill. Steamed asparagus is a great side to this. PHASE TWO ROAST BEEF STEW 100 grams of beef 1/2 a handful of diced onion 1/2 a handful of diced cabbage Put in crockpot with desired amount of bottled water. Season with steak seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and all-purpose seasoning. Body Balancing System 28
11 Phase 3 Meal Ideas H PHASE THREE TACO SALAD You can make this dish with any ground organic meat and all the lettuce and veggies you want and cheeses as well. You can also add avocado. Just be sure to use an organic taco seasoning with no sugar or sweetener in it, or season the meat with organic salsa (also with no sugar in it). PHASE THREE TUNA SALAD 2-6 oz. cans of wild (not farmed) tuna 2 hard boiled eggs, diced 1 large stalk of celery, diced 1 handful of diced onion 1 large pickle, diced 1/3 cup real mayonnaise Drain tuna and then mix all ingredients together. Enjoy by itself or over a bed of lettuce. PHASE THREE GREEK TREAT 1-8 oz. block of feta cheese, crumbled 1 teaspoon ground cumin 8 to 10 oz. of grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in halves 1/3 cup of olive oil Mix cumin into crumbled feta. Then mix in all other ingredients. Can be eaten at room temperature, or chilled. Great by itself or over a bed of lettuce. PHASE THREE FRUIT SMOOTHIES Juice two to three apples. Add frozen (but slightly thawed) banana and strawberry slices to desired thickness. Blend in blender. You can add any of your favorite fruit to this recipe. This is a delicious desert, but be careful to have it only in small amounts as it is a higher concentration of sugar. Body Balancing System 33
