Homeopathic HCG helps to burn the mobile fat that is stored around the hips, thighs, belly and upper arms. It will leave the structural fat, that can be found in the muscles and protects the organs. The HCG protocol consists of a very low calorie diet (VLCD) in combination with an HCG formula. During the day protocol you will take a small amount of HCG into your body daily. Be aware that the HCG in and of itself is not responsible for the weight loss yet in conjunction with a VLCD they work synergistically in resetting the body s weight set point. HCG helps to balance and retrain the hypothalamus to modify how fat is metabolized making it possible to maintain a steady weight point. Anyone utilizing the HCG diet protocol should be aware that you are following this protocol at your own risk and the author accepts no responsibility for any damage or health issues as a result. Should you have health issues or concerns please consult your physician immediately.

3 In the 950 s and 1960 s Dr. Simeon s had great success with a weight loss program he designed using HCG. HCG is a hormone that pregnant women release through their urine. Based on Dr. Simeon s research this hormone helps to release stored body fat. When HCG is combined with a low calorie diet and specific foods it appears that the body not only releases stored fat, but fat that are in problem areas such as abdomen, hips, butts and thighs. Fat is a way for our body to protect us. It protects us during times of famine, and fat protects us against the chemicals we ingest such as high fructose corn syrup, MSG, Trans-fats and more. When we eat these harmful chemicals our body really doesn t know what to do with them so it stores them in the fat cells. This little pamphlet is to assist you in phase 1 to detox the body and to allow these toxic materials to be flushed from the body to allow the rebuilding of the digestive system, immune system and endocrine system. The pamphlet will be broken down to make it simple to follow and understand and can be used daily during your cleansing phase. So enjoy a cleaner you! Phase 1:

4 Cleanse for thirty days. It is strongly suggested to complete a thorough cleanse, but is not required. Phase one can help to increase energy by releasing toxins that have cause the over all system to become weakened. Cleansing can help with mental clarity, metabolism, decrease hunger, decrease food cravings, decrease depression, and increase general overall health and vitality. It would be fine to do a shorter version if you have cleansed in the past. Water: Increase water by drinking at least half your body weight in ounces per day. Starting your day off with an eight - ounce glass of water upon rising increases bowel mobility and stimulates the liver to flush toxins. Walk: Increase walking slowly if you are not used to any form of exercise. A twenty to thirty- minute walk per day, increasing to one hour is ideal. Colonics: An ideal way to cleanse the colon. If you can find a licensed colon therapist then this might be another alternative to the regular colon cleanse. These cleanses are extensive and do require regular visits. Suggested Supplements and easy cleanse: Coral Calcium: Increases weight loss Probiotic: Friendly bacteria that stimulates metabolism, improves digestion, and helps cleans the body. Complete cleanse: Start 4 weeks before Phase 2. Dieters Cleanse (colon cleanse), If you have bowel challenges purchase the Aloe Vera Juice instead. Vermi-Fuge (parasite balance), Ameba-Fuge (Ameba balance) and add the following products below. EASY CLEANSE: Follow directions for dosage on bottles. Start Adreno, Propepsia, Nephro, 4 weeks before Phase2 Adreno Liquitrophic: Helps to support the adrenal system. Propepsia Liquitrophic: Supports digestion. 5 Phase 1 grocery list: Water 2 organic apples helps regulate blood sugar, reduce appetite, and increases the cleansing of the liver, gallbladder, and colon. It s a great source of fiber. 2 organic grapefruits helps to release fat. Water 1-1 ½ gallons per day, or half your weight in ounces fat people are dehydrated. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar Organic Green Tea Yerba Mate Tea Oolong Tea Chamomile Tea Peppers Chicken Wild Salmon Organic Oatmeal Apples- 2/day Pears Plums Kiwis Papaya Raspberries Strawberries Organic Meat and Dairy or 100% organic buying organic is the best because of the reduction of chemicals, which has been proven to slow the metabolism. But if unable to purchase 100% organic find the best quality of product instead.

6 Things to Avoid: Trans Fats - if the label reads hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated this is a trans fat. High Fructose Corn Syrup - corn syrup, sucrose, dextrose, or malto dextrose, avoid. This is a leading cause to childhood obesity. Artificial Sweetners - studies are proving they cause us to gain weight. MSG - adversely affects the hypothalamus and is chemically addicting. Nitrates - causes hormonal imbalances Farm Raised Fish - are feed massive amounts of drugs and chemicals, many are injected with dyes. Microwaving - studies shows this adversely affects blood cell count and is linked to depression and can cause hormonal imbalances. Limit Carbonated Drinks - they clog the liver and lymphatic system. Fast Food- highly processed with loads of trans fats and preservatives. Fat cells take in many of these toxins to protect the body from further damage. Free radicals occur when many of the above are taken in making the body work harder at digesting and eliminating. Foods during phase 1: 2 organic apples: Helps regulate blood sugar, reduce appetite, and increases the cleansing of the liver, gallbladder, and colon. It s a great source of fiber. 2 organic grapefruits: Helps to reduce fat. Water: 1-1 ½ gallons per day, or half your body weight in ounces. Raw apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon three times per day. Stimulates metabolism and helps cleanse the internal organs. Green tea: One cup per day. Helps with hunger. Yerba Mate tea: One cup per day. Increases energy without creating nervousness or jitters. Salad with lunch and dinner: Stimulates digestion.

7 Meal Planning: 1. Eat Breakfast Daily - helps in resetting the body s weight set point, increasing metabolism, and decreasing appetite throughout the day. 2. Eat a salad with lunch and dinner. 3.
