All changes occurred due to the accreditation process of FAMBRAS HALAL in compliance with ISO / IEC and GSO / UAE standards , in order to guarantee the total impartiality of the Halal Certification Body activities. Below, it is presented a brief summary of the FAMBRAS group companies and its activities that are totally independent and impartial. However, before that, it is necessary to understand the work methodologies of the certifier, which are: Unique Halal Certification: Applicable for companies that do not require full-time production monitoring by a Muslim supervisor, in other words, companies in which its process is secure and all raw materials are Halal. Example of certified companies in this model: sugar mills, dairies, orange juice factories, oils, chemical inputs, among others. Habilitation plant (Halal Approval) + Halal certificate of shipment: Applicable for slaughterhouses and companies that require full-time production monitoring by a Muslim supervisor, due to act with production of Halal and non-halal. In this case, in addition to the audits of the company for the processes validation, and for the approval of the product and its raw materials, there is also an internal FAMBRAS HALAL Muslim supervisor that performs the operations and reports to ensure traceability. Example of certified companies in this model: poultry and bovine slaughterhouse, companies that manufacture derivatives from animal origin, such as Corned beef, Beef Jerky, Meatball, sodium heparin, Pancreatin, Timomodulina, water-soluble Extract of bovine placenta and cheese bread, pizzas, snacks, among others. Thus, for each methodology, there is a specific Halal certificate model.

There are two versions of the unique Halal certificate, being them: With global recognition, including Gulf and GAC accreditation logo: When the certified company meets the requirements of all Islamic countries Malaysia (MS), Indonesia (HAS), Singapure (MUI s), Gulf (GSO/ UAE.S) and others. Without Gulf recognition and without GAC accreditation logo: When the company certified market does not include the Gulf and the company chooses to not meet Gulf standards as (GSO / UAE.S), but meets the standards of all others countries like Malaysia (MS), Indonesia (HAS), Singapore (MUI's), among others. 9 Pg.:9 de 19 This Halal approval demonstrates that the slaughterhouse/ company is able to produce Halal, and that at each sale, a Halal Certificate of shipment must be issued, exclusively for the batch manufactured under Halal supervision. There are two versions of Halal approval, being them: With global recognition, including Gulf and GAC accreditation logo: When the accredited company meets the requirements of all Islamic countries Malaysia (MS), Indonesia (HAS), Singapure (MUI s), Gulf (GSO/ UAE.S) and others. Without Gulf recognition and without GAC accreditation logo: When the accredited company market does not include the Gulf and the company chooses to not meet Gulf standards (GSO / UAE.S), but meets the standards of all others countries, like Malaysia (MS), Indonesia (HAS), Singapore (MUI's), among others. 11 Pg.:11 de Halal certificate of shipment for animal protein: This certificate is destined for animal proteins shipment, such as meat cuts, and chicken cuts, processed meat as Hamburguer, Corned Beef and others.

This FAMBRAS HALAL guarantee seal must be on the packaging of certified Note 1: The customer may use the seal in other colors, as long as it does not impede their understanding. Nota 2: As determined by ESMA, the FAMBRAS HALAL guarantee seal may not be used in the United Arab Emirates, since the only Halal identification allowed is the logo Halal National Mark.
