Girouard, MD has brought his successful medically supervised weight loss program to Casper, Wyoming. Let s Get Thin MD is a comprehensive medical weight loss treatment clinic created and directed by Dr. Girouard, the most experienced weight loss physician in the United States. He lost weight in junior high, going from 185 to 110 pounds in one year. In 1990 he lost almost 100 pounds going from 265 to 170 pounds and has maintained this weight since then. Due to his own personal battles with weight, he has a genuine compassion for others dealing with these same issues.
