Special Report What You MUST Know About Controlling Your High Blood Pressure...Before It s Too Late! Hi Ken here, I recently surveyed THOUSANDS of PaleoBurn customers about their high blood pressure. The Good News... The good news is that most of you do want to learn how to lower your blood pressure and lead healthier lives...even if you haven t yet been diagnosed with hypertension. Lots of people have family members fighting HBP and want to help them out as well. This is definitely good news in fact it's downright critical, because the American Heart Association refers to high blood pressure as the silent killer and states that because HBP has no symptoms, you may not be aware that it's damaging your arteries, heart and other organs. That s some scary stuff! The other good news is that most of you want to do something about it without poisoning your body (not to mention wearing out your bank account) on expensive and dangerous prescription drugs. You don t want to buy into Big Pharma propaganda because at the end of the day, you understand it s all a money game to them. There is BAD news however... The Bad News... See, when it comes to reversing high blood pressure, or preventing it in the first place...the deck is really stacked against you. Now I know that isn t what you want to hear, and to be honest, it s not something that I enjoy having to tell you. But, it is the truth. And right now, more than ever...you need to hear the truth.
And this time it comes in the form of some bad news.. Bad News Revelation #1 You Are A Ticking Time Bomb! You already know that High Blood Pressure won t just heal itself. But understanding why you have high blood pressure will allow you to directly address the issue, and do something about it. Because of a particular set of harmful actions you ve taken, as a result of specific foods that you ve eaten, and through the distinct lifestyle choices that you ve made, you re now facing the serious consequences...having high blood pressure. But to be fair, you have to consider that even though you were the one making those choices, it s really not all your fault. Over the years, through calculated advertising, and a constant barrage of media, you have been mislead to eat certain healthy products. Low Fat (fill in the blank with anything!) Whole Wheat Diet Soda Think these are healthy products that will help you control your HBP? Nope. It turns out that much of this advice was just plain wrong, and sadly this has led to an epidemic of high blood pressure and obesity in this country. I had a friend take this to a whole other level. He actually went on a Snackwell Diet and ended up gaining 30 lbs! This is a serious concern. You must understand that if you re not intently making changes in order to fix your high blood pressure condition, you re playing russian roulette with your life. When untreated, high blood pressure is a silent assassin laying in wait for the moment you will least expect it. Then BOOM! A stroke, a heart attack, or worse. You may pay the ultimate price for not fixing your blood pressure once and for all...losing your life. I remember years ago listening to a man whom I highly respect, as he talked about the insanity of doing the same thing over and over again, yet expecting the results to be different. Now stop and think about that for a second. That really is insane. His name was Zig Ziglar, and if you know anything about the man, you know he lived a life of impeccable integrity. I always admired the man, I learned a lot from him, and I hope you do too.
Because without making permanent changes in taking a different course, without going down a different path, your high blood pressure may never get fixed. Bad News Revelation #2 You Are Trading One Problem For Another Due To Medication Side Effects! If you re one of the millions who have been prescribed prescription medications to control your high blood pressure, you may have felt a little relieved at first. I know I was. Anxiously, I was just hoping that the medication I was given by my doctor was going to finally be the solution to my blood pressure problem. But if you ve never taken medications, or have just begun treatment for your high blood pressure, I have to warn you about something pretty scary. Like myself, and so many others, I experienced some pretty horrific side effects from those drugs that promised to be the cure I had been so desperate for. Your doctor may or may not advise you of the risks involved. But trust me. There s some serious baggage that comes along with those so called miracle drugs. With a multitude of options when it comes to medications used to treat hypertension, there is an even greater number of side effects that are commonly associated with many of them. In fact, the alarming biological and psychological reactions that many have suffered with on a daily basis are often far worse than dealing with high blood pressure in the first place. The long list of known side effects includes symptoms such as headache, dizziness, insomnia, nightmares, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, loss of taste, dry hacking cough, skin rash, and cold hands and feet. Not to mention swelling around the eyes and ankles, fluid retention (notable weight gain), excessive hair growth, joint pain, and even impotence. But more serious effects also include depression, slow heartbeat, palpitations, asthmatic symptoms, a dramatic drop in blood pressure upon standing that could lead to fainting, and in rare instances kidney damage. There are strong warnings for those who are or might become pregnant, that some of these medications can cause severe kidney failure, and even death of the newborn. And there are specific warnings for those who are insulin dependant diabetics, as well.
Unfortunately, the worst part for many patients is that despite multiple attempts at trying various prescriptions, none of them were even effective in treating their blood pressure problems at all. Are the possible side effects you might be facing really worth the risk? Bad News Revelation #3 You Are Being Played. Have you ever been in a used car dealership and had that overwhelming feeling that you were being played? Have you ever sensed that you were being taken advantage of? It s not a good feeling, and if you are like me, it makes you want to get up and run. That s exactly how I felt when my doctor originally prescribed high blood pressure medication for me a few years ago...before I learned how to control it myself without drugs. As he was telling me what medications he wanted to start me on, I looked around the small room we were in and saw some colorful posters on the wall explaining what high blood pressure was and the dangers associated with it. Then at the bottom of the poster was a picture of the medication that he was about to prescribe to me. Along with the name of the drug company behind his recommended drug in big purple letters. It struck me as odd that this little room I was in was not unlike being in a used car dealership, where they tried to get me to buy every upgrade known to man. Mr. Burge, surely you need the undercarriage protectant. Of course you need the extended warranty. What about the sealant we can put on the seats? Was my doctor just moving products for the drug companies? When I asked myself that question, I instantly felt this sense of panic and uncertainty. Suddenly all I could think about was my overwhelming urge to run out of there, as fast as possible. Thankfully, after I did some research into how to fix my high blood pressure without drugs, I discovered that it certainly could be done for most people. But then I wondered why I haven t heard about this from my doctor. I mean, if there are natural ways to lower blood pressure, wouldn t you think my doctor should have told me that? The truth is, there are seven major ways to help your body to lower your blood pressure. These seven mechanisms are used naturally by your body every day to make sure your blood pressure stays within healthy ranges. These seven mechanisms, or what I call levers, are the same mechanisms that drug companies target with their drugs. Very profitable drugs too, I might add. Ask yourself these questions:
1. If there are natural ways to control or even fix your high blood pressure, why don t you know about them? 2. Why do drug companies create drugs that mimic what natural substances do anyway? 3. Why doesn t your doctor teach you how to fix your high blood pressure naturally? By now you should have connected the dots. Sadly, to the major drug companies and to some health providers, you represent a large chunk of their income stream. And the more medications that they can get you taking, the more money they make. So that s the bad news. Sorry I couldn t paint a better picture for you. But if you continue to choose the path you ve been following concerning the management of your high blood pressure...well, the picture just isn t very pretty. The Solution... But as you know, where there is a problem there is always a solution...if you look hard enough. And that is just what I did. That s how I discovered the 7 levers I mentioned earlier, and it s how both my dad and I regained normal high blood pressure levels using nothing but a natural solution. Educating myself was the first and most important step I took toward getting healthy. Before then, I didn t really understand that beta blockers and ACE inhibitors are prescribed to relax your blood vessels. But more importantly, I found out that using garlic or olive leaves can do the same thing! Without the unaffordable expense, and without the harmful side effects. And I discovered that eating certain fruits did the same job as those water pills that are commonly prescribed to be taken with additional blood pressure medications. So I made lasting improvements in my lifestyle such as cutting back on the carbs and eating more dark leafy greens, and I committed myself to following a simple exercise routine. I eliminated the stress of having to pay for costly medications and ongoing doctor visits, and had no more fear and suffering from dreadful side effects of unnecessary drugs. The positive results I saw helped me to finally understand how my health is directly impacted by my lifestyle choices. My health has improved, and my body is now able to function as it was designed...naturally. And just like my Dad, by educating yourself, and understanding how to operate these 7 levers, your health
can, too. In a few days I will address even MORE questions from the survey (I m still making my way through the HUNDREDS of responses!) in a special video for you, Stay tuned!
