FEE SCHEDULE FOR EXPERT WITNESS TESTIMONY Record review, research, phone and personal consultation, deposition and trial preparation: $ per hour Initial review and verbal opinion: $ 1, minimum* Initial review, verbal opinion, written report or signing an Affidavit of Merit: $ 1, minimum* *A premium may be applied for special circumstances such as very short time constraints, voluminous or poorly organized materials. Discovery deposition testimony: $ 2, to the deposing party, which covers the first three hours of deposition. Additional time will be charged at $ per half hour. A check or checks totaling $2, are required before the deposition will commence.* *A premium of up to $ 1, may be charged for special circumstances such as deposition away from my office or scheduled during office hours or on weekends. Video trial deposition testimony: $ 3, for up to three hours of testimony. $1, per half hour thereafter. *A premium for up to $1, may be charged for travel to a location remote from the office or if deposition takes place during office hours or on weekends. Live trial deposition testimony: $ 5, per half day away from the office, including time spent for travel. Expenses are extra. $ 1, per night spent away from home Payment may be required in advance of testifying and cancellation fees may be assessed.
