Navigate to at least one data point available in related to a Healthy People 2020 objective. Access at least one local-level indicator for their community from the Health Indicators Warehouse. Discuss how to use Healthy People 2020 and the Health Indicators Warehouse with their partners to begin selecting community health assessment indicators. 2 1
