3 What we looked at Warren County Data from reliable sources- (Federal, State and Local) Interviews & feedback from local residents, providers, partners and local service organizations. Survey responses of community members of all ages. Survey responses of local healthcare providers, social service agencies, schools and other partners.

4 What we considered when analyzing the information we collected Our CAPACITY as a community and a local health department to address the issues. The DATA what the numbers for Warren County tell us is a PRIORITY. The perceptions/opinions of our community and our providers/partners as to what is a PRIORITY for our community. The nine (9) MATERNAL CHILD HEALTH DOMAINS that we are required to select from for our new FY18-19 Maternal Child Health grant.

10 Highest Need & Most Feasible We were required to select one or two Maternal Child Health Priority Health Issues (PHI) from a list of nine(9). Given our community s strengths, our agencies capacity and the capacity and support of our partners/stakeholders, we selected the following Maternal Child Health Priority Health Issues for Warren County. 1. Reduce Intentional and Unintentional Injuries among children/adolescents age with a focus on Substance Use. 2. Reduce Obesity among Women of Childbearing Age.
