53 Interpretazione dell immagine Nell immagine, ottenuta in immunoflluorescenza, si osserva a sinistra una cripta intestinale trattata con dextran sodium sulfate, capace di distruggere le proteine intra ed extra cellulari delle tight junctions (occludina e zona occludens) e di provocare un quadro anatomo patologico assimilabile al Crohn. Si osservino in rosso le cellule epiteliali disorganizzate e staccate dalla lamina basale. Nell immagine di sinistra si osservano le cellule epiteliali di una cripta intestinale sottoposta allo stesso trattamento sperimentale con dextran sodium sulfate ma alla quale è stata aggiunta la miscela di Anti IL 1 4CH + IL 10 4CH.
