14 Stop grinding your teeth at night by rubbing a mixture of 2 drops Valerian Essential Oil, 2 drops Lavender Essential Oil, and coconut oil into your jaw before bed.
15 Show your tummy some love! Improve its digestion with the aid of valerian which will help get your digestive tract functioning properly! Simply add a few drops of Valerian Essential Oil to some coconut oil and rub on your abdomen.
16 Relaxing Foot Bath Ingredients: 5 drops Valerian Essential Oil 6 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp coconut oil (or other carrier oil) In a small container mix all ingredients together. Fill a foot bath with warm water, add the mixture and soak your feet for 15 minutes.

Now add all the essential oils. Replace the lid. Mix well. Each night before bed spray a few times throughout your room.
