2 Imagine the nutrition that comes to the cells to be burned using oxygen to produce energy. If then the oxygen uptake is poor then the combustion is not sufficient, and there is lots of waste products It's just like with the burning of wood, when it receives too little oxygen. The smoldering and give lots of smoke and ash, but not much heat.
3 Human adaptations ability or resilience regardless of how much energy producing cells of the body. It is similar to the battery which can be charged to different degrees. The older man the less, her body produces energy, the less charged her battery. And that depend on the cells' oxygen uptake
4 You breathe in the air, and it passes bronchus and bronchus before it reaches the lungs. Where does the oxygen absorbed by alveoli, pulmonary alveoli, which sits on the lung walls. The alveoli are surrounded by capillaries, thin blood vessels. In capillaries caught the oxygen absorbed by the red blood cells that carries the oxygen to all body cells.

7 While lack of CO2 constrict capillaries and eventually leads to atherosclerosis, which restricts blood circulation
8 There are many people who have a shortage of CO2 in relation to the airing out CO2. In other words, they hyperventilate. Because of breathing interconnected with everything that we do so when we are stressed so we breathe faster when we do not eat healthy food, we breathe faster, the poor ecology we breathe faster. All this leads to hyperventilation
9 The optimum amount of carbon dioxide in the blood is 6.5 percent. If the carbon content is less than this, the cells are less oxygen, while it becomes more oxygen left in the blood which can be converted into free radicals A normal and healthy breathing involves 6-7 breaths and ventilates about 6 liters of lift per minute.
