College of Agronomy Nanchang China Abstract To verify the distribution of two rice viruses i. e. rice black-streaked dwarf virus and southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus in Jiangxi the suspected dwarf rice plants were gathered from 8 counties i. e. Yongxiu Nanchang Dayu and so on and were detected using the one-step detection method of 2 viruses. The results revealed that in all of the samples from Yongxiu County rice black-streaked dwarf virus was detected with a detection ratio of 100% both rice black-streaked dwarf virus and southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus were detected in Nanchang County with the detection ratios of 90% and 20% of which 2 viruses detected in the same sample and all of the samples from Dayu County Lianhua County Chongyi County Wuyuan County Wan an County and Jinggangshan County were identified as southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus with a detection ratio of 100%. 2 919 was analyzed and the statistical analysis result revealed that there only existed southern rice black - streaked dwarf virus in the southwest and northeast of Jiangxi there only existed rice black-streaked dwarf virus in the north of Jiangxi and there existed the two viruses in Nanchang at the junction of the above 3 disease regions. At the same time phylogenetic trees among these two virus and their relatives were constructed based on the S9 and S10 sequences and their phylogenetic relationship was analyzed.
