2 EN SPA ETIQUETTE We kindly ask our guests to observe the current SPA etiquette in order to provide an environment which predisposes to adequate and complete spa experience. Tips for using the water facilities and the thermal area: It is desirable to avoid consuming hard to digest foods, alcohol or caffeine before or immediately after visiting the SPA center. We kindly ask you not to speak loudly in the relaxation areas in order to keep quiet the atmosphere there. Appropriate clothing for the SPA center: a swimwear, clean slippers and a swim cap. It is advisable to use the room robe. You must take a shower before using all the water and the thermal facilities. When using saunas always put the towel on the bench where you are sitting on. Do not use cosmetics which are not designated for the thermal area. No jumping and no diving in the water facilities. No smoking and no bringing of food and drinks in the SPA center. Each parent should be aware of the safety and comfort of his/her children. Procedure Booking Pre-booking ensures that you will get the desired procedure at your best convenience. You can book a SPA procedure at the Reception Desk. Please inform the Receptionist if you suffer from any diseases or you are pregnant. Our physician may advise you if needed. In order to fully enjoy the therapy, it is advisable not to be late for the procedure and to be here 10 minutes before the appointment. Late coming to therapy would shorten the duration of the procedure and its effect. Cancelling or changing a booking We realize that sometimes you are forced to be late or cancel the appointment but we expect you to inform us in good time. You can cancel / change the booking 2 hours before the start of the procedure, otherwise you will be charged 30 % of its price on your room account. Gift Vouchers All services at the SPA center can be purchased as a gift for your friends and relatives for various and special occasions. Gift vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase. The above-mentioned procedures can be replaced by others after advice and confirmation by the SPA Administrator.
