This one of a kind program offers implant training for All-on-X, Trefoil, or Zygomatic full arch therapies. THE PROGRAM The purpose of this program is to introduce the dentist who is at an intermediate to expert level in oral implantology to full arch rehabilitation therapies.

General Dentists as well as Specialists will be able to learn All-on-X or Trefoil therapies, while Oral Surgeons will also be able to learn Zygomatic full arch therapy.

2 THE PROGRAM The purpose of this program is to introduce the dentist who is at an intermediate to expert level in oral implantology to full arch rehabilitation therapies. We will be utilizing digital dentistry in a manner that provides for both didactic and hands-on clinical experiences. General Dentists as well as Specialists will be able to learn All-on-X or Trefoil therapies, while Oral Surgeons will also be able to learn Zygomatic full arch therapy. Spanish speaking instructors will be available. For all participants, the experience of this program will allow you to return to your respective practices and begin providing predictable full arch therapy to your patients. Participants will be communicating with each other and the instructors closely to make sure all principles taught are clear and performed correctly. The program has been designed to clearly identify the participants skill level and provide the proper level of instruction. Due to the intensity of our program, we limit attendance to 14 participants. There will be post-course mentorship included with this experience. REGISTER NOW! 36 CE HOURS THE TEAM The Digital Dentistry Institute has partnered with Wehrle Implant Immersion Clinic in Puebla, Mexico along with ROE Dental Laboratory based out of Independence, Ohio to bring you this one-of-a-kind intensive training program. THE WEHRLE IMPLANT IMMERSION CLINIC The Wehrle Implant Immersion Clinic is a stateof-the-art facility built to U.S. standards. It is 20,000 sq. ft and includes a modern dental clinic, hotel, restaurant, etc. The Clinic also is committed to the betterment of the local communities, people, environment and the world. For a dentist bringing a patient there will be an additional charge of $2000, which will cover the patient s flight, accommodation and meals for the trip.

3 THE DETAILS The tuition of the Full Arch Live Surgery program is $14,000 USD. This amount will cover everything for the attending dentist apart from their flight into Puebla, Mexico. The following is covered in your tuition: Accommodation Patient procurement Supplies & Lab Meals Patient follow-ups Graduation Dinner Transportation 7 instructors at a 1:2 ratio Tour of local area BRINGING YOUR OWN PATIENT Attending dentist do have the option to bring a patient of their own for full arch therapy. For a dentist bringing a patient there will be an additional charge of $2000, which will cover the patient s flight, accommodation and meals for the trip. The benefit of this option is that the dentist can charge their patient an amount and defer some or all of the costs of this program. See insert for more information. 4 FULL IMMERSION LIVE-PATIENT SURGERY The Ultimate Full Arch Live Surgery Program has been designed to give the attending dentist the opportunity to learn and perform their choice of full arch surgery. All attending dentists should be at an intermediate to advanced level in implant placement and surgery. This is not a beginner level implant training course. On day one, each attending dentist will be doing a supervised single implant placement surgery for our instructors to understand their proficiency level. On day two and three all attending dentists will spend from 8am to 3pm performing full arch rehabilitation therapy on their patients under the supervision and instruction of our highly experienced instructors. Attending dentists will have the ability to choose the therapy that they would like to perform on their patients. The options are All on X, Trefoil, and Zygomatic. Full Arch Zygomatic treatment will only be available for oral surgeons. ALL ON X: The All-on-4 Concept: Utilizing Current Concepts to Deliver Efficient Therapy The All-on-4 treatment concept is a cost-efficient, graftless solution that provides patients with a fixed full-arch prosthesis on the day of surgery. The All-on-4 treatment concept offers a viable implant-based solution for the edentulous or soon-to-be edentulous patient that produces shorter treatment time, higher case acceptance, and immediate patient satisfaction. This treatment concept utilizes four to six implants per arch and allows for delivery of a fixed screwretained prosthesis the day of surgery. This course will present prosthetic considerations of the All-on-4 treatment concept, including Immediate Function and full-case rehabilitation. Focus will be on diagnostic considerations with regard to space for restorations, materials used, and protocols for treatment planning. Also, the day of surgery, with emphasis on techniques used to convert a removable prosthesis into a full arch fixed provisional restoration, will be discussed. Characteristics Include: Full-arch rehabilitation with only four implants Two straight anterior implants and two implants tilted up to 45º in the posterior Immediate Function (fixed provisional bridge) For patients meeting criteria for immediate loading of implants Graftless procedure Bone grafting is avoided by tilting the posterior implants, utilizing available bone GuidedSMILE CHROME - DIGITAL, FULL-ARCH GUIDED RECONSTRUCTION GuidedSMILE was developed for dentists who desire a preplanned, predictable guided All-On-X style surgery. This amazing service delivers anchored bite verification, anchored bone reduction, anchored site drilling, accurate anchored provisionalization, and a method of transferring all surgical and restorative information for the final restorative conversion phase. Most cases simply require a CT scan and traditional records. In 1999, as a potential solution for this predicament as well as an expression of the philosophy of osseointegration he introduced Novum, which was the forerunner and progenitor of the Trefoil concept.

5 Initially Brånemark referred to Novum as the China Bridge imagining the large number of patients throughout the world who could benefit if costs and duration of treatment were reduced. Novum was a pioneering landmark using immediate loading of implants combined with analog-guided surgery. Favorable short-term results of implant and prosthesis survival rates were reported by multiple centers; however a concerning incidence of post-surgical prosthetic complications was also documented. These restorative problems, coupled with the unforgiving nature of the surgery, resulted in a decision by Nobel Biocare to discontinue Novum in Over a four-year period, , the Trefoil team implemented an intense process of collaborative innovation, which included multiple engineers and clinical specialists. The Trefoil team focused on rectifying the deficiencies of Novum using engineering and clinical technology not available in the mid-1990s. By the early spring of 2015, the present Trefoil framework with three internal compensation mechanisms was developed and tested over a period of 70 weeks. This groundbreaking adjustable framework has the capability of correcting meaningful horizontal, vertical and angular misalignment of the three implants placed with guided surgery to achieve a precise fit. This collaborative development required three years of bi-weekly meetings during which 25 framework iterations and over 100 component design changes were evaluated. An international 5-year multicenter post market trial commenced in April By the end of December 2016, completed enrollment of 90 patients in the study is anticipated. To date, excellent early results have been reported in this prospective longterm study. The use of innovation is the lifeblood of any medical device company and necessary for the advancement of healthcare. A successful innovation involves a new idea, device or method and must satisfy specific needs of the market. In the field of implant rehabilitation, the most common roadblock to proceeding involves the high financial cost of care. This reality of life has restricted the number of patients able to afford treatment.
