4 Class Descriptions - A fusion class that works with the ballet barre, this class will combine elements of Pilates, ballet, yoga and muscular endurance training to improve posture, increase balance and tighten your core. - A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. - Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories* Express - A 30 or 45-minute version of your favorite total body barbell workout. Cardio Agility - This class utilizes creative and sporty exercises to help you build all-around fitness, with intervals of body weight or dumbbell exercises. - This class is a combination of easy to learn hip-hop dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. No previous dance experience needed! Core, Strength & Flexibility - The first half of this class is focused on functional core-strengthening exercises, while the second half focuses on flexibility work. Both are an important piece of any fitness program! - Exercising muscles around the core, Les Mills CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. All the moves have options, so it s challenging, but achievable for your own level of fitness. s - Each ride is unique but will include simulated hills, mountains, flat road, and racing. This cardio workout is appropriate for all fitness levels and includes a variety of music. - Gentle stretching and breathing will help you enhance your awareness of your own body and create healthy patterns for reducing stress and body aches. - Seniors can improve endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance. This class will incorporate the use of chairs, resistance bands, and light weights. Hatha Flow - This foundational class blends Hatha with isolated elements of Vinyasa flow pacing, such as Sun Salutations, in order to create greater awareness of breath and body. Students will both hold static postures and flow breath to movement. Hatha Flow Yoga - This foundational class blends Hatha with isolated elements of Vinyasa flow pacing, such as Sun Salutations, in order to create greater awareness of breath and body. Students will both hold static postures and flow breath to movement. Hatha Yoga - Will include postures and stretches used in conjunction with breath control to develop mind-body awareness. These classes seek to develop strength and flexibility to cultivate a balance between the two for optimal fitness results. Mat Pilates - Once you have learned the fundamental exercises of Pilates, add more intensity through longer repetitions and more advanced options. Magic Circles, dumbbells, stability balls and /or resistance bands may be used to enhance the challenge. Nia - Nia is a non-impact dancing aerobic exercise class. The dance moves originate from a variety of genres including martial arts (such as ), dance arts (such as jazz or ballet), and healing arts (such as yoga). Power Yoga - Power Yoga is an athletic vinyasa practice. Through constant movement, you will build internal heat and increase your stamina, strength, and flexibility. Relaxing Yoga - Come stretch the stresses of your week away. Relax and breathe through meditation and relaxation poses. Begin your day with a deep breath. Resistance - A 30 minute resistance training class utilizing free weights to strengthen arms, shoulders, back and core. Rock 'N Roll Vinyasa - This is a vinyasa yoga class, with a kick of Rock N Roll music. - Improve cardiovascular conditioning with Les Mills. It is an indoor cycling class, choreographed and set to the rhythm of motivating music and a variety of terrains. SNAP - These group exercise classes are designed for individuals with disabilities and can be modified to accommodate any fitness level. Class will be a mixture of cardio and strength training and will utilize a variety of equipment. Step & Strong - A choreographed step class that incorporates strength training with light dumbbells, resistance bands, and/or body weight work. Stretch - This gentle class focuses on proper movements in stretching and how to warm the body up before exercising. STRONG by - Combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster. Tabata - Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training where you do intense four-minute sets of exercises.

Each posture flows into the next without pausing. - is a moderately paced class where students continue to build awareness, strength, skill and focus. Yoga Strong - This class combines light weights with traditional yoga poses and stretches to increase strength, improve flexibility and build endurance.
