6 What Will Future JTDCs Look Like? In the very near future, JTDCs will: Use the Right Kid, Right Time, Right Program approach to target a moderate/high risk population; Use a point-level reward system to enhance the current phase structure; Use contingency management theories to promote positive behavior; and Use continuous quality improvement strategies to move from making crisis-driven decisions to data-driven decisions.
