8 Our Mission is to prevent and treat child abuse by strengthening families and neighborhoods Family Resources approach to prevention, intervention and treatment is compassionate, holistic, and steeped in evidence-based and promising practices. With a keen focus on understanding and supporting families before, during, and after critical times of need, we develop connected, individualized plans for better futures and the elimination of abuse. We serve over 3,500 children and families and have a physical presence in 21 neighborhoods in the greater Pittsburgh area. It s a sad state of affairs when children have to be taken from their parents and placed outside their homes. The staff at Family Resources does their best to strengthen families, so that children can live with their parents in a warm, loving atmosphere.

10 HSAO Services: Child/Adolescent Services HSAO provides service coordination to children of all ages in Allegheny County with serious emotional disturbances. Our services are strengths-based, individualized, least restrictive, community-based, and family-driven. Life Project RTF Group (Residential Treatment Facility Group) Juvenile Justice Related Services JPT (Joint Planning Team) Blended Service Coordination Children's Team Adult Justice Related Services The Justice Related Services Program is housed at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health, and includes nine programs: Justice Related Diversion Services Justice Related Support Services Justice Related Independent Living Allegheny County Mental Health Court Allegheny County Veterans Court Allegheny County Drug Court Allegheny County Justice Related State Support Allegheny County DUI Court IMPACT Human Services Administration Organization (HSAO) is an enhanced service coordination program which works with Allegheny County's highest risk population of children, adolescents, and adults. HSAO's child/adolescent and adult service coordination programs were created to meet the complex and specific needs of the individuals enrolled in each of these programs. Our primary goal is to link individuals and families with the services they need to improve the quality of their lives Our mission is to empower individuals, families and communities by improving their quality of life through specialized, personalized, enhanced and effective service coordination.

26 Group Coaching County Vision: Monthly Group Coaching will be a time of open communication, mutual accountability, learning, and meaningful collaboration among Coaches, Facilitators, FSPs, and YSPs, in order to foster a deeper understanding of the High Fidelity Wraparound Process, integrate our skills to display a consistent demonstration of HFW principles, and challenge each other to better serve the families we work with on a daily basis. County Mission: As a team, we will support each other in maintaining our commitment to the HFW process by showing each other compassion, embracing each other s differences, holding each other accountable, sharing our knowledge and experience, preparing one another for upcoming meetings, and integrating all the principles during coaching in order to be more effective in helping the families we serve.
