7 Choosing the right course Once you have completed the self-assessment guide, look at how many times you have ticked the same colour. This will guide you towards the most suitable course for you right now. Taking the next step could lead to increased periods of good times. Any of our courses will help to increase your wellbeing but you could also think about trying new courses that would challenge you, encourage you to think about new ideas and explore new ways of coping with stress and anxiety. If you have ticked mostly purple, any of our creative expression, arts and crafts and/or physical activity courses will all help to improve your wellbeing. Also you could think about any of our courses which explore self-help methods as these will give you techniques to change the way you feel, think and behave. These courses will encourage wellbeing by giving you some time out, teaching you some new skills and helping to increase your confidence in social settings.
