1 Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, sleep problems, or prolonged low mood and would like to improve your mental wellbeing? Learning some coping strategies, learning to relax and release tension, learning how to raise your self-esteem or simply learning something new with other people might help you in your journey to good mental health. Bracknell & Wokingham College has gained government funding to take part in a monitored pilot project to deliver FREE courses to adults 19+ experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues.
