2 Driven Purpose Sober Living Community Life after Drugs and Alcohol Transitioning into a life of Sober living can be hard and nearly impossible. At Driven Purpose we have one ultimate goal, To help you move forward into a happy and successful life without the consumption of Alcohol or Drugs. When we Alcoholics/Addicts think ahead, it is very easy to become overwhelmed and feel that we may never achieve a normal, happy, healthy life outside of our addiction. It is possible. At Driven Purpose we want to help you achieve your goals and move forward to become the Daughter, Wife, Mother and friend you were destined to be. 3 One Purpose -Sobriety- Driven Purpose Program is designed to promote sober living through the teachings of the 12 steps of alcoholics anonymous, criminal thinking classes, healthy accountability, and House Structure. All rules implemented in Driven Purpose are put in place to help you grow and move forward on your own individual path, with the support of your sisters at Driven Purpose. BiWeekly one on one meetings will be held to ensure the progress and setbacks of each woman, With Amanda Scott(Director), in the Driven Purpose House. In House Structure -Morning and Night Meditations will be conducted Monday through Friday. -Big Book Study will be conducted 3 days a week directly after Morning Meditation. -Healthy Accountability will be held Every Monday Night. In house healthy accountability will cover individual concerns and household concerns. Meeting Sheets, Gratitude sheets, Homework assigned, and Plan of Action sheets will be turned in before the start of Healthy Accountability.

4 -12 step Breakdown Class will be held Directly after Healthy Accountability on Monday nights, and also following morning meditation on Thursday. -Curfew will be set and followed by all clients. Any person who obtains employment and will be returning after night curfew MUST bring in a timesheet verification from your employer. All clients must sign in and out on the timesheet located next to the main entrance. Any client leaving for more than 4 hours, must have completed and turned in their location on the Plan of Action sheet during Healthy Accountability. -Passes will only be obtained by the women who meet the following requirements: 1.) Be a client at Driven Purpose for at least 30 days 2.) Completely compliant and caught up on all rent owed to Driven Purpose( $100 per week due every Friday) 3.) No consequences given within the prior 14 days. 4.) Adheres to all rules of Driven Purpose 5.) If on Probation or Parole, you MUST obtain permission one week prior to pass being administered. 6.) Show no signs of Pre Relapse or discontent within your daily practices. -Chores will be assigned weekly and completed each morning before 9am. 1.) Beds will be made daily to Driven Purpose Standard 2.) Rooms will have no clutter/unnecessary items outside designated area. 3.) Deep Clean of the house will be held every Sunday Morning from 8am-9am. If you are required to be on the job at this time, it must be done prior to leaving Driven Purpose property. 4.) If chores are not done properly and to the standards of Driven Purpose, the entire house will be put on Lockdown for 24 hours. If you are leaving for a pass, this may also be cancelled.

5 Drug Free Campus All clients must remain Drug/Alcohol free during their stay at Driven Purpose. Anyone who we have suspicion of being under the influence, WILL BE drug tested immediately. Any positive Drug Test will result in immediate actions which will include: A.) Immediate notification to Probation and Parole B.) Given the option to go to detox. If this is a repeated occurrence, you may be asked to inquire into another program as Driven Purpose will not accept continuous relapse. We will not throw you on the street, you will be escorted to the program of your choice. Driven Purpose does not want to put its clients at risk of harm.
