25 SCHEDULE Two consecutive identical rounds 40 trainees each: 56 h over 26 d Sept to Mid October and Mid October- November Three phases each course 2 weeks: e-learning 1 week-face to face at IAVANTE s centre (34 h. / 5d)) 2 weeks: completion of an assignment (participants tasked to create plans in their national context) Modes of training Robotic simulation Stage simulation and video analysis E-training, face-to-face sessions, blended learning

34 CONCLUSIONS The DTC is the key figure in the process of Organ Donation and Transplantation Training Programmes have shown a positive impact on donation in different countries where they have been implemented It has been possible to create and implement training programmes for DTC at EU level
