The following local government areas had lower incidence rates than the NSW average: Ashfield, Auburn, Bankstown, Blacktown, Botany, Burwood, anterbury, oncord, Fairfield, Holroyd, Leichhardt, Liverpool, Marrickville, Parramatta, Queanbeyan, Rockdale, Strathfield and Sydney/South Sydney.
