2 WARNINGS Withholding periods: Minimum time between last application and harvest or feeding: Citrus 60 days Carrots and Lettuce 21 days Cabbage, Brussel sprouts, Potatoes, 7 days Cauliflower and Brocolli Tomatoes 4 days Handle with extreme care. Poisonous when absorbed through the skin, swallowed or inhaled. May cause mild eye and slight skin irritation. Toxic to fish, bees and wildlife. FLAMMABLE - Do not store near open flames Store under lock and key in a cool place. Store away from food and feedstuffs. Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals. Re-entry: Do not enter treated area within 1 day after treatment unless wearing protective clothing. In case of poisoning call a physician and make this label available to him/her. Although this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions the registration holder does not warrant that it will be efficacious under all conditions because the action and effect thereof may be affected by factors such as abnormal soil, climatic and storage conditions; quality of dilution water, compatibility with other substances not indicated on the label and the occurrence of resistance of the pest against the remedy concerned as well as by the method, time and accuracy of application. The registration holder furthermore does not accept responsibility for damage to crops, vegetation, the environment or harm to man or animal or for lack of performance of the remedy concerned due to failure of the user to follow the label instructions or to the occurrence of conditions which could not have been foreseen in terms of the registration. Consult the supplier in the event of any uncertainty PRECAUTIONS Avoid inhalation of spray mist. Wear a face shield, a respirator and rubber gloves when handling the concentrate, preparing the spray mixture and during application. Wash with soap and water after use and after accidental skin contact. Wash contaminated clothing after use. Do not eat, drink or smoke whilst mixing or applying or before washing hands and face and change of clothing. Prevent drift onto other crops, grazing, rivers, dams or areas not under treatment or to nearby water sources.

3 Thoroughly clean spraying equipment directly after use and dispose of wash water where it will not contaminate food, grazing, boreholes, rivers or dams. TRIPLE RINSE empty containers in the following manner: Invert the empty container over the spray or mixing tank and allow draining for at least 30 seconds after the flow has slowed down to a drip. Thereafter rinse the container three time with a volume of water equal to a minimum of 10 % of that of the container. Add the rinsing to the contents of the spray tank before destroying the container in the described manner. Destroy the empty container by perforation and flattening and dispose of in a safe way. Never re-use the empty container for any other purpose. Prevent contamination of food, feeds, drinking water and eating utensils. SYMPTOMS OF HUMAN POISONING Nausea, headache, tiredness, giddiness blurred vision and papillary constriction, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, sweating and salivation. Confusion, ataxia, slurred speech, loss of reflexes are some of the central nervous system symptoms, which may lead to misdiagnosis as acute alcoholism. After inhalation of vapours ocular and ocular and respiratory effects appear within minutes. These include marked miosis, ocular pain, conjunctival congestion, diminished vision, cilliary spasm and brow ache. With acute systemic absorption, rhinorrhea, hyperemia of upper respiratory tract, tightness in the chest and wheezing respiration are experienced. Sever intoxication leads to the following symptoms: salivation, involuntary defecation and urination, sweating, lacrimation, penile erection, bradycardia an hypotenstion. FIRST AID TREATMENT Inhalation: Remove patient from source of poisoning and keep him/her calm and reassured. Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and rinse contaminated body area thoroughly with plenty of soap and cold water. Do not rub the skin. Eye contact: Flush contaminated eyes with clean water for at least 15 to 20 minutes, holding the eyelid(s) open. If swallowed: If water diluted mixture has been swallowed, rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Due to the aromatic solvent do not induce vomiting under any circumstances. Seek medical attention immediately. Administer artificial respiration or closed chest cardiac massage if necessary. Do not apply mouth-to-mouth respiration. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Take the patient immediately to the nearest physician. NOTE TO PHYSICIAN Administer atropine as early as possible in an adequate dosage, until signs of atropinisation (dry flushed skin, tachycardia and pulse rate of over 120 per minute) occur. To prevent gastrointestinal absorption in the unconscious that have swallowed this product, perform stomach lavage using bicarbonate

4 solution and activated charcoal. In less seve cases begin with 2 mg atropine intravenously for adults, or 0,05 mg atropine/kg body weight for children under 12 years of age and repeat administration of the atropine dosage at 15 to 30 minute intervals. Morphine and similar drugs are contra-indicated. Avoid aminoglycosides and succinylcholine, which have a blocking effect on the neuromuscular junction. Phenothiazines, reserpine and theophylline are contra indicated. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Use only as directed General directions: Use at all times correctly calibrated and suitable equipment in good working condition, to ensure thorough wetting of all parts of the plant. PEST Outdoors, sewage farms, abatoirs, pigsties, barns and stables. Flies and Mosquitoes Indoors PER/ 10 WATER Remarks 100 m Apply as a coarse droplet or by means of a paintbrush to poles, windowsills, walls and roofs. German American cockroach Indoors Outdoors Ants and and 100 m Apply as a course droplet by means of a paintbrush onto skirting boards, underneath wash basins, water pipjng, behind refrigerator units, stoves and geysers, inside cupboards and all other places frequented by cockroaches. Do not apply as a fine mist or as a space spray to control flying insects. Apply only 20 m as a surface spray. Only use spay equipment that delivers large droplets. Treated surfaces must be visibly wet when sprayed. Do not apply to surfaces where contact with food is possible. Do not apply in the presence of uncovered food. Gardens: Apply on soil around nests and trails. Repeat if necessary. Buildings: Apply as a coarse droplet spray or by means of a paintbrush on to walls and skirting boards, inside cupboards and places where ants occur.

5 Bedbugs 50 m Apply as a coarse spray or by means of a paintbrush onto walls, woodwork, bedsteads and other possible hiding places, but only lightly to mattresses. Lawns Crickets Lawn caterpillars 5 m 4 m Apply 500 m of the mixture per m 2 as a drench, when pest is noticed. Repeat application weekly until the population is under control and thereafter if necessary. Pastures Army worm 250 m /ha Apply in 200 to 500 litres water per hectare. Citrus African Bollworm 7,5 m Apply as full cover spray at blossoming or when pest is noticed. Repeat if necessary. Orange dog 4 m Apply as a light cover spray. Repeat when necessary. Red Scale (Aonidiella aurantii) and Mussel scale 10 m Preventative treatment: Usage in orchards where Red Scale is under commercial control. 1. Apply as a full cover spray at % petal fall. In hot low laying areas with special reference to young trees or in other areas where a second spray is considered necessary, re-apply 5-8 weeks after the spring spray. Aphids 20 m Apply as a light cover spray. Repeat when necessary. Mealy bug 10 m Apply when first sign of pest is noticed. Repeat application if necessary. Apply as a full cover spray and ensure thorough coverage. Psylla 6 m Apply when eggs start to hatch on new growth. If possible apply on a spot Lettuce Cutworms (Western Cape only) 1000 m /ha spray basis. If swelling has already occurred on leaf surfaces, spraying will not correct abnormal growth. Apply as an overall application when plants emerge. Repeat application at intervals of 7 to 14 days, when necessary. Apply in at least 500 litres

6 water per hectare. Ornamentals African bollworm and Aphids Mealy bug and Australian bug Ants 50 m Apply as a full cover spray as soon as the pest is noticed and repeat when necessary. 10 m Apply as a full cover spray as soon as the pest is noticed and repeat when necessary. Pernicious scale and Red scale 7,5 m Apply two sprays 4 weeks apart, thoroughly wetting the wood while plants are dormant. Two spotted spider mite (Red spider mite) 10 m Apply as a full cover spray ensuring under leaf coverage. Repeat every 14 days as necessary. Tomatoes African bollworm and Plusia Looper 150 to 200 m / 100 water Thrips 150 to 200 m / 100 water Cruciferae Aphids (Brevicoryne brassicae) and caterpillars of the Diamond back moth and Greater cabbage moth 5 m Apply as a full cover spray and repeat every 7 days. When a heavy African bollworm infestation occurs, the higher dose is recommended. Repeat this application every 7 days until pests are under control. Thereafter continue spraying the lower dosage rate (150 m ) every 7 days. Apply as a full cover spray and repeat every 7 days. The above spray programme for African bollworm and Plusia Looper will also control thrips. Apply when pest is first noticed. Ensure thorough coverage of the whole plant. When aphids or the Plutella larvae are already in the cabbage head or in the clusters of leaves of the other Brussels sprouts, variable control canbe expected. WAARSKUWINGS

Alhoewel hierdie middel omvattend onder n groot verskeidenheid toestande getoets is waarborg die registrasiehouer nie dat dit onder alle toestande doeltreffend sal wees nie aangesien die werking en effek daarvan beïnvloed kan word deur faktore soos abnormale grond-, klimaats- en bergingstoestande; kwaliteit van verdunningswater, verenigbaarheid met ander stowwe wat nie op die etiket is nie en die voorkoms van weerstand van die plaag teen die betrokke middel sowel as die metode, tyd en akkuraatheid van toediening. Verder aanvaar die registrasiehouer nie verantwoordelikheid vir skade aan gewasse plantegroei, die omgewing of vir nadelige effek op mens of dier of vir n gebrek aan prestasie van die betrokke middel as gevolg van die versuim van die gebruiker om etiketaanwysings na te kom of as gevolg van die ontstaan van toestande wat nie kragtens die registrasie voorsien kon word nie. Raadpleeg die verskaffer in die geval van enige onsekerheid. VOORSORGMAATREëLS VOORKOM INASEMING VAN SPUITMIS Was met seep en water na gebruik. Moenie eet, drink of rook tydens toediening of voorbereiding nie of voordat gesig en hande gewas is nie. Voorkom wegdrywing van spuitnewel na omliggende areas en visdamme. Maak spuittoerusting skoon na gebruik en gooi spoelwater op 'n veilige plek weg. Voorkom kontaminasie van voedsel, voer, eetgerei en drinkwater. Vernietig leë houer en moet dit nooit vir enige ander doel gebruik nie. SIMPTOME VAN MENSLIKE VERGIFTIGING

8 Hoofpyn, vermoeidheid, swakte, duiselikheid, oormatige sweet, mislikheid, buikpyn, braking, buikloop, beklemde bors, benoudheid, versteurde gesigsvermoë, spiertrekkings beginnende by die ooglede en tong, gewoonlik verkleinde pupille, stuiptrekkings, asemnood, bewusteloosheid. NOODHULPBEHANDELING Inname: Moet nie braking induseer nie. Raadpleeg dadelik 'n mediese praktisyn en/of neem pasiënt na 'n mediese fasiliteit. Die besluit om braking aan te help moet deur 'n mediese praktisyn gemaak word. Moet nooit vloeistowwe gee aan of braking induseer by 'n persoon wat bewusteloos is of stuiptrekkings het nie. Oogkontak: Spoel oë dadelik uit met water vir ten minste 5 minute. Raadpleeg mediese personeel. Velkontak: Was vel dadelik met seep en baie water. Trek besoedelde klere uit. Was besoedelde klere voor hergebruik. Inaseming: Verwyder persoon na vars lug. Raadpleeg 'n mediese praktisyn. NOTA AAN GENEESHEER: Atropien inspuiting is die aanbevole teenmiddel. Alhoewel Oksieme soos 2- PAM/protopam, terapeuties mag wees indien vroegtydig toegedien; word dit egter altyd saam met Atropien aanbeveel. Indien maagspoeling oorweeg word, word endotrageale en/of oesophageale beheer aanbeveel. Gevaar van long aspirasie (verwydering van vog), moet opgeweeg word teenoor toksisiteit, indien oorweeg word om die maag leeg te maak. Ondersteunende versorging word aanbeveel. Behandeling moet gebaseer word op die dokter se interpretasie van die simptome.

Vir 'n verbeterde emulsiestabiliteit word aanbeveel dat die konsentraat eers met 'n klein hoeveelheid water gemeng word (1 deel op 5 dele water) voordat die res van die water bygevoeg word. PLAAG VLIEë Buitenshuis, rioolplase en slagpale, varkhokke, skure en stalle MUSKIETE Binnenshuis HOEVEELH EID/ 10 WATER METODE VAN TOEDIENING 100 m NAWERKENDE OPPERVLAKBE-SPUITING. Dien as 'n growwe druppelbespuiting toe of verf met 'n kwas aan vensterbanke en mure. In varkhokke, skure en stalle gee besondere aandag aan mure en dakke. Ook vir die beheer van vlieë op rioolplase en slagpale. MIERE 20 m NAWERKENDE OPPERVLAKBE-SPUITING. Dien as 'n growwe druppelbespuiting toe of verf met 'n kwas aan mure en vloerlyste, in kaste en aan ander plekke waar miere voorkom. KAKKERLAKKE Duitse (klein soort) Amerikaanse (groot soort) 100 m NAWERKENDE OPPERVLAKBE-SPUITING. Dien as 'n growwe druppelbespuiting toe of verf met 'n kwas aan op vloerlyste, onder wasbakke, waterpype, agter yskaste, stowe en geysers, binne kaste en alle ander plekke waar die insekte voorkom. WEELUISE 50 m NAWERKENDE OPPERVLAKBE-SPUITING. Dien as 'n growwe druppelbespuiting toe of verf met 'n kwas aan op mure, houtwerk, beddens en ander moontlike skuilplekke, maar slegs liggies op matrasse.

10 GRASPERKE Grasperkruspes en krieke 5 m Dien 5 liter van die mengsel / 10 m² toe om oppervlak te deurweek wanneer skade opgemerk word. Herhaal toediening wanneer nodig. Kommandowurm 2,5 m Dien as 'n volle dekbespuiting toe wanneer wurms opgemerk word. SITRUS EN SIERPLANTE Amerikaanse bolwurm 5 m Dien toe wanneer eiers of jong larwes opgemerk word en herhaal indien nodig. Lemoenvlinders 5 m Dien toe wanneer wurms opgemerk word. SITRUS, SAGTE VRUGTEBOME EN SIERPLANTE Plantluise SITRUS 5 m Dien toe wanneer nodig. Rooidopluis 10 m Dien aan sitrus toe as 'n volle dekbespuiting met % blom-blaarval. In warm laagliggende gebiede en waar 'n tweede bespuiting nodig geag word, dien weer toe 5-8 weke later. Silla 5 m Dien toe by die eerste swelsels (oop galle) op blare van nuwe groei en herhaal indien nodig. SAGTEVRUGTE BOME EN SIERPLANTE Witluis Verderflike- en rooidopluis 10 m Dien toe as 'n volle dekbespuiting wanneer plaag opgemerk word en herhaal indien nodig. 7,5 m Dien twee bespuitings vier (4) weke uitmekaar toe, wanneer plante in die rusperiode is en benat die hout deeglik.

11 SIERPLANTE Rooispinmyt 10 m Dien as 'n volle dekbespuiting toe en sorg dat die onderste dele van die blare ook bespuit word. Herhaal indien nodig, elke veertien (14) dae. TUINE Miere 20 m Spuit in nesopeninge of asook area om die neste en langs die mierpaadjies. Herhaal wanneer nodig. KOPKOOL EN BRUSSELSE SPRUITE Plantluise (Brevicoryne brassicae) en Ruitrug-mot (Plutella maculipennis) TAMATIES Amerikaanse bolwurm (Helicoverpa armigera) en Vals- (Plusia)landmeter (Plusia acuta) Blaaspootjies 5 m Dien toe wanneer die plaag vir die eerste keer opgemerk word. Sorg vir die deeglike benatting van die hele plant. Wanneer die plantluise of Plutella larwes alreeds binne in die koolkop of tussen die blare van die Brusselse spruite is, kan wissel-vallige beheer verwag word. Die byvoeging van 'n benattingsmiddel bv. G-49 (Ref. NO. L3790) word aanbeveel. Herhaal toediening wanneer nodig m Dien toe as 'n volle dekbespuiting en herhaal elke sewe (7) dae. Wanneer 'n hoë infestasie voorkom gebruik die hoër dosis. Herhaal toediening elke sewe (7) dae totdat plaag onder beheer is, gaan voort met die bespuiting teen die laer toedieningshoeveelheid.
