3 Welcome to the Health Net Federal Services, Inc. (Health Net)! Health Net manages the TRICARE program for the North Region, which includes the District of Columbia, 20 states and three partial states listed below. These are also referred to as the "Region." Connecticut* Maryland* Ohio Delaware* Massachusetts* Pennsylvania* District of Columbia* Michigan Rhode Island* Illinois Missouri (St. Louis Area) Tennessee (Ft. Campbell area) Indiana New Hampshire* Vermont* Iowa (Rock Island area) New Jersey* Virginia Kentucky New York* West Virginia Maine* North Carolina Wisconsin *The directory listings for providers in these states are forthcoming July 1, When care is not available at a Military Treatment Facility (MTF) or you need to be referred to a civilian provider, Health Net maintains a network of civilian providers who are available to supplement your MTF care. The TRICARE provider directory provides you with details about network hospitals, doctors and other health care professionals in the states listed above. The network providers have been selected for their commitment to quality health care and have agreed to participate in the TRICARE program options, which means they can deliver services at a lower out-of-pocket cost to you. While Health Net makes every effort to provide you with the most current information about these providers, the information in the directory is subject to change as new providers join the program and others leave. The continued participation of any one doctor, hospital or other provider in the TRICARE network cannot be guaranteed. Always contact the provider's office first to verify their current participation status. If you choose not to enroll in TRICARE Prime, you may see any network provider listed in the on-line provider directory under the TRICARE Extra option. No enrollment is necessary. When you go to a network provider, you will receive reduced cost-shares and lower out-of-pocket health care expenses by showing your Military Identification Card. This directory is designed to make finding a provider quick and easy. You can even create and print your own Personalized Directory! The directory is updated weekly allowing you to access the most current provider listings in a user-friendly format. You may also suggest that a provider be considered for addition to the TRICARE network or recommend a change to an existing provider listing. The basic steps to follow when searching for a provider in the directory are: Select the area you wish to search from the map provided. Enter a zip code or a city and state for a Basic Search. Narrow your search by selecting multiple provider criteria for an Advanced Search. Access Provider Profiles from your Search Results for key information about the provider. Create and print your own Personalized Directory! For additional support, feel free to contact us at or TRICARE. Listings last updated on 09/18/ of 10
